We love Bibibop! Its so easy and convenient for our family. My parents love it as vegetarians because they can get a substantial meal full of flavor, within their dietary needs. I love the Korean BBQ and Chicken as protein options. The purple rice and sweet potato glass noodles are cooked perfectly and make to a perfect base. The service was informative, patient, and wonderful. We loved the drink options and the miso soup. Clthe restaurant was clean and quite. A great place to sit in and take out!

This afternoon, we had lunch at an establishment that we highly recommend. The food was delectable, the service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean. Notably, they offer a wide variety of drinks, both refillable and mixable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly suggest trying it out.

We had an amazing experience. When you first walk in it feels like any contemporary cafeteria style restaurant. We quickly learned that this was going to be a little different. The food is fresh and tasty and the restaurant is clean. However, the team members know how to offer an exceptional level of customer service. The gentleman who served up our food was patient and explained the different options letting us know which was leading free and what items were made of if we were unfamiliar. Then the cashier who also happens to be the owner as endured we had everything we needed and came out to greet us to make sure we had an exceptional experience.

Came here with my college team and it was great. A party of 20+ and we got our food in 5 mins. Super tasty and great price. The owner George came out and was super kind and friendly with us by talking and having great conversation with us. I recommend everyone to try this location out and eat this yummy food.

This fast food chain gets high marks because of the healthy nature of the food that is also tasty. You can select anything from rice to noodles to lettuce in your bowl. Once you get that, there are both warm and hot toppings. I highly recommend the kimchi and pickled onions. The steak is perfectly cooked and a great way to complement your bowl. The only downside that I experienced recently is they are extremely short staffed. Three people were running the restaurant so it looked like organized chaos. I felt bad for them as they look like they were getting slammed trying to prepare for the lunch hour. I hope the owner knows that they need more help Because customers will start getting anxious as they wait in line trying to get back to work during their lunch hour.

I got white rice, broccoli, cheese, egg, chicken, and yum yum sauce. It was super delicious. There was a minimal line to get food and was very simple to order. The restaurant was clean and modern looking.

I’ve had Bibipop in other states. No matter where I go, the quality of service, food, and servings have ALWYAS been on point. This location is no exception. Usually, on opening day, restaurants are trying to figure things out. Not at this location! We got our food and had a great time at the Grand Opening! If you haven’t been and you are doubtful, please let this review persuade you to try them out! I’m excited for this new location and hopeful of another location, Southwest!

We ordered 2 build your own bowls. The associate working was fine but we obviously had not been there before and were unsure of the process. Young lady working did not do anything to help us through that process or to explain.
The food was great! While we were in line we explained how cold it was in there. It was freezing. Actually air conditioner was running and it was 20° outside. After several times of stating it was really cold in there, we were asked if we wanted to go lids instead. Nothing was done to address the temperature. We packed up and went home. Unfortunately this was our first and most likely last visit to this location. Maybe there’s a reason why the Chipotle four doors down was busy and nobody was in this restaurant..
