This review isn’t about the food. The floors were insanely slippery! Like you had to be careful not to slip. I tried to get pictures of the terrible film on the floors. Idk what happened there, but it was literally dangerous. Also the music was super loud and poppy/overstimulating at 10:30 am. I’m not usually one to complain, it was just a lot. Felt like I was in a slippery club, lol.

A nice place to enjoy a bowl with beef or chicken (there is also vegetarian options) served over rice or noodles.
I had tried their new BBQ beef. I asked for half noodles and half white rice. Sides (toppings) included kimchi, kale, black beans, and avocado (cost an additional $1.5). The beef amount is measured by a cup size. There a choice of various sauces that are sprinkled over the bowl.
The total was $12.99.
Service was fast and welcoming.
While I cannot be sure about the flavors being authentic Korean, the beef tasted nice and I was satisfied.
Will come again to try some other new bowls offerings when available.

Fantastic and fresh food, quickly and at a reasonable price! There are portion sizes for every appetite, a variety of options to appease most dietary restrictions. If I ever end back up in OH I will definitely be stopping by!

This restaurant is all around a great experience. Me and my friend group went in there and the interior intrigued us, so we decided try it out. It’s kind of like chipotle, in the sense you make your own bowl, and they had a bunch of options and stuff I hadn’t seen before. They had purple rice, sweet potato noodles, steak, kbbq, glazed salmon, and a bunch of other toppings and ingredients. The atmosphere was great also because of the people and staff. On top of The staff being very benevolent and patient, the customers were too. The man in front of me heard me ask my friends about the purple rice, and when they didn’t know anything he explained that it was just higher protein rice that used to be served to royalty and that I should try it. That leads me to my other point because of all the ingredients I hadn’t had before, the bowl I made had a very unique and complex taste. It was nice because there was ingredients I hadn’t seen and there was also ingredients I knew I loved. Not only did I like it, this place also got Asian friend approved. I would heavily encourage anyone in the area to try this out.

Bibibop is like Asian Chipotle style if ordering/making your bowl. This location can get busy due to its location. Parking is available behind the building or across the street. The food is really good the chicken is fresh so is the vegetables. The YUM YUM sauce is very tasty. I highly recommend it for easy to order, fresh tasty food

The place is near UDayton. The place was clean and it’s like Asian chipotle. I got the spicy chicken bowl with Japche Noodles. There are lot of toppings including scrambled egg, kimchi, corn, kale, broccoli and more. The sauces yum yum and Gochujang were a good combination. Overall a good place. The portions are good.

Been making the extra 10 minute drive to Centerville location. This is my main reason, I get 5 pieces of chicken and you can see the amount of veggies given. Don’t waste your time on this store I have tried multiple times.

I hate writing this because I like Bibibop. I was overcharged. When I showed the issue, the reply was we don’t offer refunds. Then said they have to text their manager. I gave up after waiting for over ten minutes. Then I wrote in and they replied it is their effort to not overcharge but did not offer a solution.

There was lots to choose from oh, it’s a buffet style like an Asian Chipotle where you choose vegetables, protein, and toppings, I thought the sauce was uncentered in taste and seemed slightly watery, but by and large the food was good and ample quantity with healthy vegetable choices keeping with the collegiate atmosphere and was suitable for an afternoon meal, all was timely and fresh and the place was well taken care of, clean and unlittered. The decor was Japanese minimalist in keeping with the food choices and offered an unusual and novel food experience. Looks like it has possibilities. the food was overall good. The servers were pleasant and allowed me to take their pictures serving and they were very cooperative and pleasant. I recommend this place for individuals and small groups as large group seating is not available.
