We came here on a whim visiting from another state. We had amazing food! There were lots and lots of vegetable and meat options, and all gluten free. The freshness, flavor, and variety were all great. And the employees were very friendly and helpful in making suggestions for meat and sauce combinations.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I approached the counter expecting the standard level of attentiveness and care that any customer would reasonably anticipate. Instead, I was met with an experience that was nothing short of astonishing—in the worst possible way.
Two blonde associates took my order, though took may be too generous a word. As they engaged in a lively and personal conversation with one another—fully ignoring my presence—I was served a meal so scant it was almost symbolic. I was handed half a tablespoon of carrots, perhaps two lonely slices of cucumber, and a portion of chicken that hardly amounted to a full cup. It was as though each ingredient was rationed out like precious artifacts from a long-forgotten civilization.
The disregard for customer service was blatant. The coworker continued chatting with another employee throughout my order, making it abundantly clear that my request was an interruption—not the purpose of their job.
This encounter was not merely disappointing—it was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and frankly bewildered at how such an establishment allows customer experience to deteriorate to this extent.
I hope you will address this matter promptly, ensuring that future guests are met with the professionalism and respect your business should uphold.

The food was ok. The servings were small. My friend complained of her chicken being too salty. My Korean BBQ beef was ok, it just didn’t taste like what I expected. The carrots, cucumber tasted good,although the portion was small. The sauce on the food was not enough either. It was a little dry. The purple rice was ok too.

5/5 — Korean-owned! I think that’s important to point out, lol. This is a great pit stop if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, quick, different, and delicious.
Yummy food and beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful! The portions are generous and we ended up taking the rest home for an afternoon snack.
I hope they expand to other states! This would do so well in Wisconsin!

Amazing foods around University of Cincinnati area. Service was great and food was tasty. Went there for dinner time and grab the Korean BBQ beef bowl with a mix of purple rice and potato noodles. The toppings were fresh and tasty. Overall, would definitely come back to grab more bowls when I’m around Cincinnati.

Great place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. Chipotle style Burrito joint, with cold toppings and a lot of different sauce choices. The purple rice is always a favorite. The staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere was great for a sit down lunch.

Solid place for a no fuss lunch. Customizable bowls where you choose a base (rice, noodles or cauliflower rice), a protein (tofu, steak, chicken), and sides- veggies, cheese and egg. With a sauce too.
