Tried this place for the first time. My wife and I were impressed! My wife has anxiety and likes to have things planned out ahead of time. An ingredient that came with one of the “predetermined” bowls was out, the guy at the counter was patient with my wife and trying to figure out what to get as a replacement. I got the “Teriyaki Tofu & Greens” bowl and my wife got the “Sweet & Spicy Chicken” bowl. Both were very tasty and couldn’t believe how much we got for the price! Definitely will be back!

I love healthy fast food. This is the best. Today we had fresh vegetables, beans, organic tofu and a light zesty dressing. We both feel lighter and healthier AND satisfied. I tried the seed crisp thinking it was a super healthy cracker. But it’s more like a healthy cookie…. It’s got sugar in it. I will go back, ABSOLUTELY. But wish it was a bit quieter (softer music and less kitchen noise), and this location needed to clean their floors. But I’ll return soon. The food is good for me, and it tastes great. Good prices. My first time visiting and it was very underwhelming for me. I ordered online so I was expecting my order to be finished by the time I got there. Nothing was ready and I had to wait a few extra minutes (although I was late when picking up my order).
The lady at the register did greet me and said my order will be up in a few minutes so the customer service was nice especially during lunch rush which can be a pain sometimes.
My main concern was the food. The food is very BLAND. I ordered a bowl with spicy chicken and it wasn’t spicy at all. Everything lacked flavor and seasoning. Strawberry Lemonade is decent. I like the fact it’s not too sweet. I do appreciate the healthy options and you can create your own bowl but the food is not that great.

Bowls are huge. This is high quality food that comes fast. I am from Buffalo so it was nice to take a chance on something new while in town, and be VERY happily surprised by the great food! Each ingredient tastes great on its own so it all comes together into one great meal!

This was a nice place to dine in, clean and plenty of room. The line to order food moved fast and the options were easy to follow as a newcomer. The service was friendly and attentive. The food tasted good and came in generous portions. I will definitely visit again.

My first visit to this newly opened Mason location. It was on a Saturday afternoon, and there was about 10 minutes of wait before I could get my order started. They have a good range of options for a variety of diet choices. I went for a low carb option, and liked it to the last bite. The staff was hospitable, and the place is aesthetically pleasing. I agree with one other reviewers comment about the portion sizes though, for the price. I also felt the protein portion size was less in my meal. Minus 1 for that. I will revise my review later if things are different in my next few visits.
