Just like other reviews stated , they’re skimpy. Never in my life went to a food establishment that says you’ll pay $13.00 for a bowl but for protein you only get 5 pieces of meat. That’s ridiculous. The food is tasty and seem healthy.

The food was really amazing! I came with a big group of people and the service was very quick and the food was very fresh. I couldn’t kind any lids for my drink though… however that’s a minor issue. Food was good, service was great, and I love this location!

Food was good. Ordering process was kind of chaotic and disorganized. Too many employees to not be a fine tuned machine. Watched a guy use his bare hands move some food in the back (is what it is). If not obvious, this is like a chipotle/subway style ordering process where you make your own bowl. Just an “Asian” twist. The ingredients are nice change of pace to other “slop bowl” places. It’s good, they just they need to just be more organized.

Aya was so extremely helpful I don’t speak English well and am handicapped and she was extremely patient with me. My food was delicious and hot and fresh. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Excellent costumer service and attitude. She clearly loves working here.

This style of restaurant is kinda similar to Chipotle type. You get a bowl of rice, noodle, salad, or half and half and build it up with different ingredients. I love it because the ingredients are super healthy and it’s Korean food.

This is by far the skimpyest BiBiBop I have been too. I have been to every other store in the northeast Ohio area ( Westlake, Strongsville, University Heights, Shaker, Mentor) and have never gotten a bowl this skimpy. I would recommend going to any other location. Food was good just skimpy.
