Whoever is in charge of making online orders does not pay much attention to detail or make any much sense. I have ordered from this location a dozen times. We order 2 bowls with 2 sauces each bowl and always get 1 of the 4 packets of sauce, and for 2 bowls of food, and always get 1 fork. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to order online, and each and every time without fail, have had the same problem.

I’m highly disappointed in this fast food restaurant. Second review now in less then 4 months. I’m highly disappointed in your service. I saw black beans in my bowl… no black beans added! What if I was allergic? Thankfully I wasn’t. U almost had to face my lawsuit if I was. Take care of your workers who can’t do a simple task and need to go back into preschool. Save your money.

Double check your orders when you pick up. Do pick up three or four times a month at this location. Usually there is something missing/forgotten on the order. Most recent pick up I didn’t check which I should have known better as half my wife’s bowl ingredients were not included.

Really great food, service was only slightly weird because they have so many doordash drivers. That also effects the atmosphere,no one was there to sit except there we 5 doordash drivers waiting at any given time. My wife and I had great food though. I recommend the Korean BBQ for sure

One of the best food places in Mentor! I was so excited when they opened up a location in town. We’ve had their food in the Pinecrest area many times and the chain in general is one of the best tasting meals for the price. Coming from Florida, it’s really hard to find flavorful food here in Ohio and Bibibop does not disappoint!
The place was packed and that’s always a great sign of how well a place is doing and the quality of food they offer. They even have free miso soup for customers! The atmosphere and decor is clean and modern with great music. The service is super fast and friendly and just an all around great experience.
Really good food options are hard to find in this small town and so glad we now have another option to choose from. Now we just need a Brassica to open in Mentor and we would be set! If you’re on the fence of trying out Bibibop I highly recommend you give it a chance and you can thank me later!

This place is nasty! No gloves or sanitation. Food cold, Half of the food is not even out. Bags of carrots laying all over the floor in the back. They tried to charge me for double portions they didn’t give to me! Definitely should call the health department!

Today was our first time going here and it wasn’t terrible but, not what I had expected either.
I got purple rice, bean sprouts, corn, carrots, scrambled eggs, cheese, pineapple and spicy chicken with yum yum sauce. The purple rice is a neat idea to bring some color to your dish!
However, the chicken wasn’t very spicy and I was charged $1 for pineapple, which I get but, I only got like 4 pieces and asked “Can you add more if I’m paying extra?” My husband was charged $1 for a hardboiled egg but, my scrambled eggs were free? The superseed crisp was lemony and crunchy and delicious though.
Needless to say, we probably won’t be back. This is a cool concept but, definitely needs more options.

Total trash. Old food, cold soup, terrible staff. Didn’t tell us till we got to the proteins that they had nothing but tofu. Rice was hard. We should have known when there was only 1 rice option available this was going to be a waste of money.

First timer here. I had heard many good things about Bibibop and when I found out they were bringing one to Mentor, I was very excited.
I ordered (to-go): a chicken bowl with sweet potato noodles, carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts, yum yum sauce and ginger sesame dressing.
Food was cold. Luckily, it heats up well in the microwave (at least the noodles do). The presentation was very messy. I only got a few small pieces of broccoli. My bowl consisted of mostly noodles and carrots. The sauces tasted great, but as you can see, they don’t really give you a whole lot of sauce. All-in-all, I’d probably try it again. Definitely wasn’t as amazing as everyone says it is, though.
