I used to LOVE this place, great food and even greater proportions. I would say this lasted until maybe after covid. After that, I’ve never had such a displeasure as I do now when ordering. The workers are miserable, and they are so rude when I ask them to add more than a pinch of food to my bowl. I paid 1.50$ for this sad excuse of a side of avocado!! And yes, it’s not only the sides they’re stingy on, it’s the whole meal. Eat here if you want to pay for a gourmet meal while only having enough to feed a toddler.

Man this place is super good. As a healthy west-coaster , this place hits my vibes spot on.
Food is a trifecta of healthy , tasty, and fast . So hard to find these days . Also v affordable to boot!
They give you free miso soup too, what a steal. I got bowl with clear noodles, purple rice and everything else you could add. With sesame dressing.
Only downside was it took em extra 5 minutes to cook up tofu, but it was so tasty right out of the cooker I didn’t mind one bit!
Will definitely be back!

Love this place. Sadly I never discovered this place until I moved away from Toledo but whenever I drive by Ohio this is a must stop! I have celiac and its the only place I feel 100% safe eating. Ontop of the food being absolutely delicious!!

I give 4 stars for the food as it is a decently priced, well rounded, tasty meal. I give the customer service a 2. There have been two separate times that I left feeling unsettled with the customer service.
The first time I came in I ordered half tofu and half chicken. When it was time to check out I was charged for double protein and let them know, I did not have double protein, I had half-and-half of two items that cost the same price. They told me that’s how that works and that I had to pay the extra fee. Whatever I guess, but doesn’t make sense to me.
Tonight I came to order, had to wait 5-10 minutes as they were out of the noodles I wanted. I forgot to order cheese, and brought the bowl up to ask if they could add it. I said “I didn’t order cheese because I forgot, are you able to add it” and he tells me to remember to add it next time (as if I meant to forget) and acts like it’s a big deal to put it in a side dish. I presume it is against policy to take my untouched bowl back behind the glass after purchased, which is fine, but is it really that big of a deal to put it on the side? I told him it was fine and I didn’t need it, but that was just annoying.
The drink machine was completely out of ice.
So, nothing disastrous happened, but in my opinion they can work on their customer service.

Having an adult child with celiac disease be able to walk into a food chain place that tastes amazing and doesnt cause any fear of being glutend was EXCELLENT. Staff were so friendly and we stopped at two different locations over the weekend. The only thing we weren’t happy with is the closest one to home is an hour away! Please come to Michigan!!!!We’ll be back as often as possible!

A delicious build your own bowl restaurant! It functions similar to Chipotle where you go down the line and choose from different options to customize your meal. The sweet potato noodles, Korean BBQ, and spicy chicken are some of my recommendations. Don’t forget to also try some of the teas/lemonades, my personal favorite is the passion fruit lemonade.

I had such a great experience at Bibibop today! Their new menu is amazing—I’m obsessed with the salmon and honey lemon kale. Everything tasted so fresh and clean, which is what I love about Bibibop. The flavors were on point, and the place was super tidy as usual. Definitely recommend trying their new items. I’ll be back for sure!

Dine in or out. Its like a buffet but someone is behind getting the food and letting them know what you want
Its all healthy food amd their tea is homemade and so delicious that I wish they could sell it because I would buy a jug of their teas. One thing to try is their sweet potato noodles. So yummy.
