I’ve been to this Bibibop location twice now, and while my first visit was a bit better, this one was still solid overall. I ordered chicken and everything tasted fresh, with good portion sizes — they actually measure the ingredients, which is great if you’re watching what you eat. The only downside was the evening service; I asked for purple rice but was given white, and the staff also mixed up the sauce for the person after me. Despite the small slips, the bowl still came out tasty and there wasn’t any real wait time.
Overall, a good spot for a healthy, reliable meal — probably best earlier in the day.

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to fast food that’s gluten free, dairy free and low on sugar, this is the place. It’s also a great introduction to Korean food. I don’t know how authentic it is but it’s delicious. It works like a Qdoba where you pick a base, protein and veggies. There’s a choice of drink too. The berry tea is delectable. If you don’t want a very sugary drink, mix it with unsweetened black tea.
I wish they have this in Michigan.

Every time I go I’m greeted with a smile and great attitude! Love the food and environment! I swear Diego is the best cook only come when he’s working! Always takes the time to smile back and wave or come and greet me himself! Always buy all the salmon when he makes it too lol always worth a try promise you won’t get anything else after you try his cooking

It was a different experience. The bowls had some very unique ingredients that you could add. The seating arrangements were pretty in the restaurant. I think if they had different sides on the menu, it would help. (Egg rolls, ragoon). The sauce all came on the side individually wrapped.

Thought they forgot my wife’s potatoes on her bowl the last 3 times, but they have consistently put a literal 2-3 pieces of potato on each time. And my sauce cup was almost empty. Rice portion is about half. Idk if there’s a new manager but I’m pretty sure they are Scrooge

The food here always tastes great. However I’ve been coming here since it’s opened and recently every time I come here it is so disappointing. I asked for more potatoes after I got extra because it was barely anything. He told me that he couldn’t because I got double. The portions here are extremely small and the tables are always dirty. They also tried charging me for extra sauce when they have never done that in the past. The water cup they give you is small enough for a toddler to drink out of it. It’s hard to want to return in the future.

We typically love Bibibop, but this location has consistently had some of the rudest employees we’ve ever encountered. Portions are noticeably smaller than at other locations, and when we politely asked for a bit more of an item, the staff responded with eye rolls and attitude. Other Bibibop locations allow half portions of two proteins, yet when we asked about it here, the two women working became argumentative instead of offering any explanation or help.
This was absolutely unacceptable customer service. We expect the same quality and professionalism we receive at every other Bibibop, and this location fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses these issues because experiences like this make it hard to want to return.

This restaurant is really nice! Everything was spotless cleaned, nice atmosphere, great service and spectacular price! Super easy to park, no lines, cleaned bathroom and tables. Food was very tasty, I totally recommend this place!

The bowl was fresh and good. Coconut mango pudding was also delicious, tried the hibiscus lemonade and enjoyed that as well. We found the portions, quality and service to be commensurate to the cost. Don’t skip the miso soup- it’s not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s also a good complement to the meal.

Great place for a satisfying, quick bite. Like a hybrid between Core Life and Chipotle. Asian inspired bowls (chicken, beef, tofu), noodles and rice, with lots of sauce options. I love the Bibibop Fan Favorite with spicy chicken. The spicy chicken isn’t that hot, but I love the flavor. Also, fyi, the Sweet Potato Noodles taste nothing like sweet potato. It’s more like a firm rice noodle. The craft beverages are so good.
I am not a fan of the Miso Soup (the tofu is too tough for my liking).
Great place to meet friends for lunch or dinner.
