Came here for a birthday reward, asked before ordering if they did a birthday reward and was told by a member of staff with a $5 purchase I would receive one. Ordered my bowl, with guacamole and pineapple to hit the $5 reward, but since we did not have the QR code in the app, we had to pay for the bowl. Just a big bummer on my birthday having to spend $15 on a bowl, if they told me they needed the QR code at the start I would have said thank you and left.

Bibibop has been a long time favorite spot of mine on campus and I come and eat here very regularly! The food is consistently great and I have never had anything but positive service experiences in the restaurant. The staff members are kind, quick, and hard working. I appreciate that they inform you if something like an extra topping will cost extra as you are ordering, as many food businesses do not give customers this same courtesy. As someone who does not live with a disability, I have not paid much attention to the restaurant’s accessibility in the past. On my last visit, however, I closely observed the restaurant through the lens of accessibility and considered how it might serve individuals with different types of disabilities.

While I love Bibibop, I must admit that there are some serious accessibility issues in and around the restaurant, particularly for individuals with physical disabilities. The only parking near the entrance is paid street parking, which is limited to very few spots, none of which are marked as designated accessible parking spots. The few spots that are present there are very close to the entrance, but again, very limited in number and difficult to parallel park in. The door at the main entrance of the restaurant is not super wide and does not have ADA push buttons for automatic opening, which could make it very difficult for wheelchair users to enter the establishment. An even bigger issue is that once you enter the restaurant, an immediate set of stairs stands between customers and the line to order food. If wheelchair users came to the restaurant alone, they would likely be very disheartened to realize that they have no way to get up the stairs to actually enter the restaurant and navigate to the food line.

Once up the stairs, there are seating options and tables at varying heights, which is a good accessibility feature for individuals with physical disabilities. There is an elevator in the restaurant, but it is marked ‘staff only’. There was pretty loud music playing in the restaurant, which could be upsetting for individuals with sensory disabilities. On a positive note, there are accessible bathrooms, with door handles that could be utilized by individuals with disabilities due to their design.

While I understand that there is only so much establishments can do to ensure complete physical accessibility on a place like High Street, they should do whatever they can to ensure the setting is accessible as possible.

Today I went to BIBIBOP. I usually go there often because it’s normally calm and has a good atmosphere. However, this afternoon there were many people waiting for their orders, and it seemed like they were out of several food items.

One of the employees started yelling at the other staff members and using inappropriate language. Another employee began yelling back, telling him not to shout, and they both continued arguing loudly. The man appeared to be a manager because he said he was going to fire them.

I found this behavior very unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in front of customers. A manager should handle situations calmly and support their team rather than create more tension.

My daughter, fiance, and I absolutely love this place! The line was long, but every BIBIBOP location always has a long line! Lol! They gave nice sized portions also! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Do not order online from this location. I placed an order at 1 PM. The first delivery was canceled. The second order arrived at 2:39 and it was someone else’s order. I called the store to get a refund and no one picks up. It goes straight to a customer satisfaction survey. Needless to say I answered unsatisfied.

Relatively affordable bowls! I usually get the tofu or Korean bbq bowls using the online ordering deal in the app. Chicken is hit or miss. There were a few times the chicken was not cooked as well so I don’t get it as much now.

Food was good. Would visit again. Had the normal bowl with a Koren bbq and the chicken. Some of the noodles and some rice.

The passionfruit lemonade is also good.

My first time – it was pretty good.

I’ll go back at least once more before I write a full review.

Also, what’s the difference between BiBiBop and BiBimBop?

I’ll have to look that up…

Great service and food! My friends and I love coming here. The menus are very large and visible and the aisles are wide enough to be accessible to anyone! There is an elevator which is great, but there could be better signage indicating its location.
