Love the food and service here. It’s a bit of a drive but worth it. The parking lot can just be a little difficult to navigate because the signs are small and it’s attached to the costco parking lot. Best to go during a less busy time.

Very disappointed with my chicken serving size, got double chicken and when I’m paying extra for double portions I expect them to actually give a double serving. Also this location used to be good with serving sizes too and always felt like they gave a fair amount but something has clearly changed. Food is ok but watch very close to how much they give you and hold them accountable.

First, let me say I have a sesame allergy. And maybe it isn’t wise for me to try Unknown Asian menus. As I went through the line, I discovered there were many things I could not add to my bowl. And once I discovered there was not a single protein. I could add without sesame oil or seeds involved. I checked out with a slightly less expensive vegetarian bowl. But at no point upon the distress of me not being able to order any meat was I told to go back and add a few more veggies to my vegetarian bowl. Comparing my meal to my companions, I had about a third of the amount of food in my bowl as everyone else. There is no reason for me to go back.

It was fun to eat here for the first time. I think It’s safe to call it a Korean-fusion fast food restaurant. It’s akin to Chipotle in a sense you create your own mix of wrap or bowl. You can also order preset menu items. The ingredients are fresh. I do believe the combination of ingredients are almost limitless. There are enough vegetarian options for those who don’t want any animal protein. Just like any other fast food eateries, there is no table service. You might enjoy complimentary miso soup with your food. Don’t forget to use your app to build up your rewards ($1 = 1 pt)

I ate here for the first time and the food was great! I ordered a steak bowl with fruit and kimchi! The bowl was delicious with flavorful steak (although I suggest getting the extra portion) and delicious yum yum sauce! The fruit tasted fresh. The kimchi was absolutely delicious and so fresh! I think everyone should try these delicious treats!

Payed $15 for a bowl and they gave me no rice. Bowl isn’t even half way full, the serving size wouldn’t be adequate for an infant. Waste of money and just disappointing service wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’d like to actually fill your stomach.
Edit: took me 5 bites to finish, the only way I can express my anger is when you make a joke and someone else repeats it louder and everyone laughs. I am enraged.

I really love their food, but was pretty upset to find that a small scop full of avocado was an extra $1.50 and a few bits of pineapple were another extra $1.50. I truly feel ripped off. Never again. They should have said it cost extra. I would have said “no thank you.” And been my happy normal self.

The best place I ate at in Ohio. Very friendly workers. I had the fan favorite. Complimentary unlimited miso soup. Extra sauces are free. I can’t wait to eat here again next time I’m in Ohio.

My daughter would come here for every single meal if she could. She has celiac disease and since everything is Gluten Free, this is the best, fast casual, option. Portions are large and toppings are plentiful so, you really can’t go wrong with Bibibop!
