Excellent asian food based off rice with plenty of options to choose from. Very straightforward on the ordering part. The food was great and fresh. The only complaint I have is the I went at around 3pm and the was only one staff member who was doing everything including cashier, making the bowls, and doing all of the food making. There were 4 people in front of me and it took about 10-15 mins to get my food because of this. The tastes from the food easily make up for this and the only staff member was super nice and talkative.

Who knows how many of their 5 star reviews here are because people actually liked the food and service or if they were just trying to get a free drink. They’ve had this sign up for many months and it’s at the beginning of the line and it instructs people to leave a 5 star review before they even order. So they’re leaving 5 stars before they’ve even tried the food and possibly also before they’ve even interacted with anyone working there. Basically, you cannot trust their ratings.

I usually have a great experience with ordering from Bibibop, but today I was incredibly disappointed with my meal. I ordered Korean bbq and extra spicy Korean chicken, and only received the chicken. Not to mention the bowl isn’t even halfway full. I tried to call but received no answer and overall am incredibly disappointed that I couldn’t even receive a refund for this order. If I had picked it up myself I would’ve checked, but I didn’t think I had to. $18 for this? Would love to know who made this and thought it was acceptable.

This place is AMAZING. The food is delicious….seasoned well and so tasty and healthy. Celiac safe! The staff, all 3 times we’ve been here, have been super helpful, friendly, and fun to be around. Positive attitudes and vibes, something you don’t always see these days. Will definitely be back!

I got the spicy chicken and tumeric rice with all the goodies… a great veggie-heavy lunch at under $12/person!
The Mrs says her tofu bowl was good too… but tofu, so I’ll take her word on that.

Have eaten here many times. I don’t like that when I ask the employee if they still have the chef curated bowls (double protein with rice and 1 topping for $8) they say yes then ask the person next to them what the topping have to be. Then when I get to pay they charge me $12 and the lady says they don’t do those bowls anymore and proceeds to say nothing when I tell her two employees just told me they do. I won’t be back after today. GREAT WAY TO TREAT A RETURNING CUSTOMER!

I love bibibop, the food never disappoints. I’m so glad they brought cucumbers back. I went in today to grab lunch and one of the workers was training, a new hire and she was brating him in front end of the store. When she finally finished, he came to take my order, She was scolding him the entire time making it uncomfortable for me and him. This woman is usually friendly when I come in, but she obviously lacks sympathy for training others. Completely unprofessional in front of customers and even behind closed doors.

Amazing! This blows Chipotle out of the water! Much better sauces/flavors. The broccoli is FANTASTIC. Korean Beef is really good as well. So are the lemonades and the cookies. Don’t forget the free miso soup!
Another tip: get the app and your first bowl is free.
