This place needs to work on their issue of inability to service customers in their store. Went in there and waited 18 minutes to be helped at the front counter, while all 6 employees focused SOLELY on door dash / pickup orders! So us and the guy in front of us just went next door to Piada….they at least acknowledge your presence there!
Edit: gave them a second chance but gotta love when they use cheap flimsy packaging and your husband’s dinner goes all over the driveway!!!! :-))) night ruined!

Went in and ordered my food, Food wasent bad until i had found this little plastic thing! I bit into my food and nearly choked and tried to figure what it was only to realize it was some odd shape plastic thing. I am glad i caught it but this is unacceptable!

Similar to Cava or Chipotle where you pick your ingredients into a bowl and everything is very fresh. Tasty. However, this one has a Korean and Asian flare. They have a lot of sauces like traditional yum yum sauce and teriyaki and other things you can add. I was really impressed with the Korean barbecue beef and the miso glazed salmon. It’s a very open and airy atmosphere with soft music playing, but it’s not a super comfortable place to sit for long because all the chairs are hard. But the food was really flavorful and different. All in all I really enjoyed it.

Not sure about some of the bad reviews. They seem like they may not be real. I ordered using the app and my meals were prepared correctly, quickly and they were delicious. I’ve never had any issues with the food. The only thing I dont understand is when I add a name to an individual bowl on the order so it’s easier to give to the correct person. They never seem to add the name to the dish. It is on the receipt but not on the bowl. Other than that, I am always pleased.

Really disappointed with this location! We usually order from the location at Crossroads in Cary and have never had a bad experience. This location in Wake Forest gives you half the amount of food and it’s not even for the small bowl. I can’t imagine how small their smaller bowl portion would be! Ordered 3 Korean BBQ bowls and all 3 are half the portion of what they should be! The manager at this location should train their employees to give the appropriate portion for the price. If we wanted small bowls, we would have order small bowls and paid less. A half filled bowl is ridiculous when you paid for a large bowl!

In short, this is the Asian Chipotle restaurant. You have a bowl, and you pick a base, a protein, and however many toppings you want (see the food chart I attached). At this location in Wake Forest, the store is new, and it still has that newness atmosphere to it. One thing I didn’t like was the presence of flies in the lobby. If the flies are in the lobby, then I’m sure they are even closer to the food line. Another thing I’m not a fan of is the family style seating. Luckily, there’s not many people dining in when I went.
The service was above average. The staff there helps you through making your bowl, and they let you know you can mix up your base with half-and-half ingredients and they provide you with other cool tips like that.
The food barely made 3 stars with me. Yes, it’s good healthy food, but it just tasted mediocre. I tried the yum-yum sauce for my bowl, and I’m surprised McDonald’s hasn’t sued this restaurant because their yum-yum sauce tastes very similar to Big Mac sauce. I also chose the sweet-potato noodles as my base, and they did not taste like sweet-potatoes at all. I question whether or not they really are made out of sweet potatoes, it really felt like I was eating silicon noodles—it was just weird! They have a nice selection of exotic teas and lemonades, and I have not tried them, but I posted a pic so you see their selection. They also have the traditional fountain drinks as well which is not pictured. All together, the bowl, drink, and cookie cost $17 dollars, and they do ask for tips, so it’s more like $19.
Anywho, I give this place 3 stars. I’ve had better Asian food with less vibe at traditional mom & pops Chinese restaurants. This place looked impressive but was somewhat of a bummer because it didn’t meet the visual hype.

We’d driven past BIBIBOP plenty of times and just never thought to stop and then we finally tried it for dinner and now we’re kinda hooked. It’s like a Korean Chipotle but feels lighter, and the staff were cool about our kids taking forever to decide between purple or white rice. The food was legit tasty—everyone cleared their bowls, which almost never happens. Also, the place was actually clean, including the bathroom, which as any parent knows is rare and appreciated.

1 trip is all it took to become a true fan!! Rarely do you find food that is fresh…AND tastes great…AND affordable…AND served up in sizeable portions…AND served quickly in a customizable way! Bibibop is grand slam home! My new favorite with plenty of variety to keep me coming back over & over!

We arrived at 6:30.
We were told there is no Salmon and they cannot make anymore because they will be closing in 30 minutes …
We also wanted purple rice and we were told the same thing.
An online order popped up while we were standing there and they managed to find two bowls of purple rice AND prepare a fresh piece of salmon for this order.
The girl at the counter told me ” I just work here. There’s nothing I can do about it.”
I was shocked at her lack of customer service.
I explained to her this was unacceptable.
She made no effort to make anything better.
She could’ve at the very least offered us a soft drink on the house or a cookie.
The people that work in the front do not care about customer service at all .
This is NEW to our neighborhood and it’s very disappointing. that the customer service is so POOR. We were very excited about having this place near us.
