This is one of my favorite places to go to in silver spring for a healthy and hearty bowl. The ingredients are all delicious, my favorite being the japchae noodle and chicken. The price point is also great for so much food! On top of that the interior is clean, and the staff (especially Gene) are always so kind and happy to serve. I have been coming here for the past three years and will continue to do so!

This is a hard review because this is my partner and I favorite place to eat. We eat here at this location several times a month and have never had any real issues. Yesterday was a little different. We came in and purchased her regular order which included tofu and purple rice. Because they were cleaning up and getting ready to close, he stated that there wasn’t any more purple rice in the rice cookers but instead would use the rice that’s usually on display. I asked again to be sure because I had never seen anyone use the rice from those trays, but it was late so I agreed and moved on. We sat in the restaurant and ate but by time we got home my partner was very sick. It ended up being food poisoning which we assume to be from this purple rice since that was the only meal she had for the day. Horrible experience this go round.

It was my first time here and I was a bit hesitant to try something new, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away by Jean. He made me feel welcome and took great care of me from start to finish. Jean was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable he walked me through the menu and gave me the best recommendations. Everything he suggested was spot on! Thanks to him, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back. 10 stars for Jean!

Delicious food, with a very kind young lady Cindy attending the line. She had patience while I looked at all the delicious options to choose from. She was also very helpful in describing the options that I had never had before. Definitely enjoy coming to places where the staff keep a genuine smile on their face.

I am a regular customer at BiBOP, and every visit has been a great experience. Carlos and Cindy at the downtown Silver Spring location always make me feel welcome. They are warm, courteous, and professional, and they greet me by name each time I visit, which truly makes me feel special.

Great food, excellent and efficient customer service and accessible location. I was in and out in 30min. The place was clean and had healthy food and drink options. Street parking may be hard to find at peak times. It may be better to walk or carpool if you can. I also liked the designs and graffiti on their walls. Very inspiring.
