If you are looking for a home run on food and atmosphere this is the spot. The owner and executive chef is amazing and the staff is always welcoming and on their game. Well done Biba!

We have been going to Biba for about ~2 years now and it’s the best restaurant in Beaver. The menu is always rotating based on the seasons or what’s fresh at hand. At our last dining experience, we had:
Appetizer: fried eggplant, 10/10
Entrees: tagliatelle and flank steak, both 10/10
Dessert (not pictured): bourbon peach tres leches cake without the pecans, 10/10
No matter what we’ve ordered, it’s been amazing. Typically we’ll order their Pork Milanese, which is my go-to, and my fiancés favorite is the Cuban Sandwich. We’ve ordered those 2 menu items more than anything else, as they’re usually kept on there. The food is always fresh and piping hot when it comes out.
As for the service/owner: we keep coming back because of the atmosphere. You’re treated like family and greeted with a smile. Amanda is our favorite server and James always does a quick job. The real star is the chef/owner Jason – no matter how busy the kitchen is, he’ll usually take a few moments to come over and ask how your meal is. You don’t have to be a regular too for him to come out and introduce himself. If they’re short staffed or super busy, he’ll buss tables or bring food out – he’s not above doing any job and it’s really nice to see.
Biba is a BYOB so make sure to bring adult beverages with you. Overall, just a wonderful restaurant in the heart of Beaver.
Just a side note: it is a smaller restaurant but they do have limited outdoor seating. We would highly recommend making a reservation a few days/weeks in advanced because they fill up quickly! Also be sure to check out their menu online, it’s always for that day and usually changes week by week.

Biba is a charming and intimate restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. During my three years living nearby due to a job assignment, I had the pleasure of frequenting this cozy spot, thought I’m originally from the Caribbean. Biba quickly became a favorite, particularly their outstanding Cuban sandwich and crispy Brussels sprouts, both dishes are, without exaggeration, the best I’ve tasted. Two years ago, I moved away, but when I returned recently for a week to wrap up some business, visiting Biba was at the top of my list. I’m delighted to say that, after all this time, Biba did not disappoint. The quality of the food and the welcoming ambiance made my return visit as memorable as ever. Not forgetting the the staff at Biba is incredibly friendly, and the chef, who often comes around to greet guests when not to busy, adds a personal touch that makes the dining experience even more special….Keep it Biba!!!!

We finally got the chance to revisit Biba again after a long lull, and we were even more impressed with the food and service.
Chef Jason has always come up with very unique tasty dishes. We loved the spicy eggplant appetizer. We had the flank steak and panko- breaded pork with our Malbec Reserve wine (BYOB as Beaver is a “dry” town). Our server Amanda was excellent. It was a wonderful experience and we will surely be back again soon!

Met a friend here for dinner and we were both impressed with the quality of the service and the food. Very quaint spot, lots of attention to detail, plates seem to be prepared as ordered and nothing ahead of time. Delicious! My friend and I only see each other occasionally and sat with our food and wine for some time talking and catching up. The restaurant was very gracious with the time and we never felt rushed even though it is small and limited tables. The waitress was super and it is obvious she has a passion for the ownership and the restaurant! I would definitely go back, especially because the menu changes and I am interested to see what comes next! The only request I would have is a past with an olive oil or cream sauce in addition to the Ragu selection, because I bet it would be delicious!

Great little spot in a region where it is difficult to find quality dining options. I’m in town for business, dining alone, and I prefer to take my meals in places with a more intimate ambiance. Think dim lights, small space, and low music. This place is just that. It has about a dozen tables inside and a few outside. The lighting is just low enough that you get a more romantic vibe. Not so low that you get a sports bar vibe. James was my server – he was quick, brought me exactly what I ordered, and knew the menu (which seems to change every day according to the website). I had the provoleta, of which I ate too much. Good flavor – can’t go wrong with a pan fried cheese. You could tell it was quality Provolone. The focaccia toasts that came with it were a little too hard and crunchy for me. Ordered Rigatoni for my entree. Great choice! Really creamy, not over salted like most restaurant pastas – the flavor of the sausage, leek, and acorn squash really shone through. The chef came by to chat for a few minutes which I thought was a nice touch. Kinda wish I had asked him for the recipe. Good portions of food. I had to get a box for about 1/3 of the pasta and I’m a big eater. Of course got dessert – apple bread pudding. Real, fresh whipped cream. Bourbon sauce. The perfect amount of sweet. And the price is fair. There’s a place where I live that has a similar food quality and experience that is at least 2x the price. When I’m back in town, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Exceptional food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. Jason the chef here should be on top chef. I eat here often, but last night had pork shank ossobuco and it was a favorite. There’s never a bad meal there and love the small yet colorful menu that is ever changing.
