The food was great— fresh ingredients and good portions. It only took a few minutes for them to make our sandwiches. Staff was friendly. Our family of 3 each got a sandwich, chips, and a drink. We also got 2 desserts (a cookie and a rice crispy treat). Food, atmosphere and service were great but it was $70. $15 for 2 fountain drinks and one can of soda alone. The soups looked good but we did not try any.

There are very few places in this community with delicious soups, sandwiches, and salads. This is one of them! Food is very good. And a nice variety! This picture is jalapeño and sweet potato soup. It was to die for. And if that’s too weird for you, they also had an amazing chicken noodle soup. 16 different homemade sandwiches, and build your own salads with lots of toppings and homemade dressings. I suggest the ginger lime!

Walking in we were greeted with the fresh smells of a great deli. Expectations were high and this place delivered. We had a pastrami and were super happy. Many pastramis have grill toasted rye bread and the extra butter/oil can weigh the sandwhich down, but this lightly toasted was spot on, the fresh flavor of the rye comes thru. Excellent pastrami as well, everything tasted just in balance. Well done.

Stopped in for lunch. The salad “special” they had was out of mixed greens, eggs, and croutons. Why didn’t the just say they were out of the special? It was a $16 salad! Maybe it was just a bad day…

The food at Biankinis is great! The staff does a wonderful job putting the sandwiches together, they never seem too rushed and it seems like a great work environment. I have been to Biankinis over 10 times and have yet to have a bad experience with the taste or quality of the food. The one flaw I find when going to Biankinis is the customer service. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees, however, my experience could be much better if there was a bit better customer service. For example, when walking into the restaurant, I get stares instead of being welcomed by the employees. Multiple times I have been standing at the register without any employees addressing that I am there. I am totally fine to wait until someone is available to help but someone saying “We will help you in a moment” or “be right without” would have been nice. When ordering, it is very transactional, never a “how are you” or “how is your day going”. I totally understand that this might be due to short staffing, BUT there could be these small changes to really put Biankinis over the top!

A great little lunch spot for a sandwich or salad. The full salad was pretty massive but wasn’t really mixed well. The Gorgonzola bacon potato salad was good but again could have been mixed better as there were large chunks of bacon rather than being homogenous dispersion. Little bit on the pricey side for a salad but the dressing and colors were fantastic.
