Wow, just Wow… Ten months later and it is like we never left. The love has just been overwhelming these last few days as we tried to sneak in a soft open. Turns out we were more worried than everyone else. It has just been a massive crush of hugs, smiles, laughs and of course food! We are so proud to share the hard work of the last ten months. We still have a few things to finish but we are close enough! We have lots of stories to share and can’t wait to hear all of yours, so be sure to put aside a few extra minutes to catch up when you come in. We recently had a contractor luncheon catered by Sam from Bianchi’s in appreciation for all the work our contractors have done for Wegmans. The food is absolutely delicious, hot on arrival and Sam has many choices available and will customize to your gathering. The customer service is outstanding with him leading a great staff. Bianchi’s is outstanding and delicious. They catered my parent’s 50th-anniversary party last weekend and EVERY single guest at the party raved about the food! We had a lot: Chicken Marsala, Eggplant Rollatini, Shrimp Riggies, Pot Roast, Manicotti, Salad, Caprese skewers, Rye Veggie tray, and Garlic Cheese Pizza bites, and all of it got eaten up.
Sam the owner guided me with any food concerns and helped with planning. Patient, kind, and answered every question.
On the day of delivery- set up by them was a breeze. Food as we all know is what makes a party and it was a tasty success! Thank you, Sam and staff! Can’t wait for the next time we get to eat your food.

Bianchi’s catered my daughter’s wedding. The food was amazing from the appetizers to the entree’s. There was not one person that didn’t rave about how good the food was. I worked with Sam And he was so responsive everytime i had a question. Great job Bianchi’s.

I walked in to order a simple Chef salad and the lettuce was black, the cucumbers were slimy and the tomatoes were mushy. I’m glad that I have leftover pizza from Domino’s but I wanted to add something healthy to the mix. I am so disappointed. A Saturday afternoon with one person waiting for his order so I can’t say they were slammed and overlooked this. I tried to pick out some good parts but once I felt the cucumbers it was game over.

I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 6:30. When I arrived at 7:00, my pizza was ready, but the wings were not. I then waited an additional 45 minutes before finally receiving them. During that time, employees were in the back watching and cheering on the Bills game instead of attending to orders. Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing my business back to Bianchi’s.

We got married recently and we can not say enough about how incredible Sam and the Bianchis crew were for our catering needs! Such a pleasant experience, the most genuine guy and the food was TIP TIER. Can’t even count how many guests commented on how delicious everything was-and they made sure we had way more than enough.

Ordered from Bianchis Catering & Pizza today. Ordered the daily special: Medium pizza /w/ 2 toppings and 20 wings like we’ve done so in the past. Was a bit disappointed when we got it home. Pizza has no flavor and the wings are so tiny. $30 I expect more. They went up on prices and smaller quantities/quality.
