Always a good time and great food at Bianca’s. Whether it’s a casual outing or a date night, it’s perfect if you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy some delicious Italian cuisine. I was here recently before Christmas and got to try a couple different holiday cocktails. I highly recommend the cranberry orange moscow mule! For food, I got the shrimp scampi – also a dish I recommend. No matter what you order, you can’t go wrong. The staff is friendly, service is great. I am not a regular at Bianca’s, but I certainly felt like one! It’s safe to say between the food, service, and atmosphere – Bianca’s makes you want to stay awhile.

Went here the first time with my wife and friends . Liked it this time , portions were good , served hot and Service was good .
Came here with my wife and friends to celebrate New Years eve . I had calamari which was the worst fried . It was burnt ( my friend had it too and was the same way so I figured this is how they cook it ?) The portion was smaller than any place I went to and they charge $15 . Next i had the chicken parmasan. Was good but for $29 the portion was small compared to the portion I had previously. ( I actually had to take it home the first time because it was alot, and I’m a big guy too . My wife had the prime rib , which was over cooked to what she wanted and it had a gravy on it ( which one the menu it had no description of gravy just rosemary and cherry )
We spent over $120 , no drinks but 2 dinners and 2 appetizers.
When leaving the owner ( eating behind the bar said I hope you enjoyed your dinner? I kept it in till then because we weren’t going to come back anyway. I told her about the calamari, she said we were questioning weather to serve it , but served it anyway, REALLY ?? Told her about our other issues and said we’ll you should have said something. Well , I mentioned it to her( owner) and still nothing.

I’ve gotten their pizza a few times (very good) and decided it was time to eat there for their traditional Italian dishes.

I ordered the gnocchi. The pasta itself was awesome but the sauce was a bit bland, needed salt and some spice. The lasagna was pretty good but might have been too cheesy, if you can believe that. Lastly, the bread had great texture but lacked any flavor … really strange.

I spent $28.00 of $100 on this Shrimp Bianca. So disappointed with the portion size and quality. How is this passing for a $28 entry.

Really wanted to like this place. The service was decent and our waitress was very kind and respectful but it took over an hour for our food to come after placing the order. There was live music which was nice but incredibly loud, to the point of my wife and I almost having to shout at one another to talk. Also a fun thing was my wife witnessed two workers at different times go out to a car and hand cash to a random person in exchange for what I can only guess was drugs in a baggie while I was inside waiting for the check. Sadly we won’t be returning.

I love a charming restaurant like Bianca’s.

The food was prepared quickly and deliciously. Our server was sweet and friendly. She ensured we had everything we needed!

I ordered Bolognese pasta, the portion sizes were very large enough to feed me tomorrow too

We did not need a reservation, the server had our table waiting for us upon on arrival.

It was a slower evening most likely due to patio season kicking off, I think it was nice that the server was happy to be at work even with less traffic which I’m sure means less tip money for her.

The wine was crisp and fresh and The fresh Italian bread was delicious as well!

I will return !

We came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and were thoroughly disappointed. I can honestly say this was probably the worst service we have ever received. We had a 7:30 reservation & upon seating server didnt come back for at least 15 minutes (There were 6 tables total & 2 servers). We put in our food, appetizer, and drinks. Our drinks didn’t come for at least 30 minutes after that. We had to ask for our bread, the drink menu, and where our drinks were. The mussels were delicious. From the time we got there until we received our food was an hour. Granted, we got an appetizer but there was a huge gap of time between our appetizer and food – although it was all ordered at the same time.

Food came. Walleye was lukewarm and portions of my pasta were cold. My husbands sides were wrong and had to ask another server to take it back AND find his side of pasta.

We asked for the manager and the excuse was that the server is “new”. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere but if she is struggling that much, maybe team her up with another server until she is ready to be on her own?
We were offered a gift card but declined. We will not be back.
