Owner neha and her staff were very pleasant.
Food items like Amul cheese bombs, paneer tikka amritsari, Cornish hen, black chicken garlic and Keema pao were all yummy.
Kali dal and chicken biryani and butter chicken and Chicken changezi were all super tasty. A place for all to try.
Waitstaff was abundant, and service was fantastic. Fast, attentive and knowledgeable-our waitress Manaswi was lovely and very attentive.
Food was great, served hot, plenty of vegetarian options. Presented beautifully as well. Cocktails were unique and classic cocktails were made with twists on Indian flavors.
There is a semi private room towards the back of the restaurant for a small gathering and also a small private dining area for about 10 ppl downstairs.
The owner, Neha came over to our table towards the end for any feedback and was also very personable, and professional. Hoping that the quality of food and level of service remains consistent. This is one thing Indian restaurants fail to maintain-I hope Bhaijaan will keep it up!
Highly recommend checking it out.
Before going, I called to see if any reservations were available. The girl on the phone shut me down quickly and said the next reservation was for three hours later, even though there were clearly reservations available much sooner. Right after the call, I booked a reservation on OpenTable for about 30 minutes later. She could’ve easily helped and made the process smoother instead of brushing it off.
When we arrived, we were seated quickly, which was good, but the service went downhill after that. Our waiter was rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. They handed us drink menus, then brought the drinks while the menus were still on the table, and then the waiter tells us we “shouldn’t put drinks on the menus.” The entire table was covered with menus. It’s the staff’s job to clear them before serving drinks, not blame the customer.
On top of that, the managers were constantly walking around and staring at tables, watching everyone like they were looking for problems. It honestly made the whole experience feel uncomfortable, like you’re being monitored the entire time. Instead of feeling like a guest, it felt like a punishment just being there.
The atmosphere inside is nice, they have a cool vintage vibe and I understand the appeal. But the experience was ruined by Punjabi music blasting, which didn’t match the upscale aesthetic they were going for at all.
The food was good, but the pricing is honestly overpriced for the portion sizes. A single naan being $6 is crazy. Most main dishes are $20+, and realistically each person needs their own entrée because portions aren’t big.
To top it off, the waiter came and asked us, “How do you guys want to split this?” which came off extremely rude. In most professional restaurants, they simply bring the bill and let the guests decide, or they politely ask if it’s separate checks, not phrase it like that.
The drinks were good, valet parking was convenient, but overall I wouldn’t come back. The place has potential, but the service completely ruined it. There are better restaurants out there with the same vibe and better hospitality.
Disappointed overall.
While the flavors were good, several dishes were served cold, including appetizers, naan and curries. The biryanis were hot, but the rice was undercooked and hard. During our visit, the fire alarm went off, which also disrupted the dining experience.
Overall, the service stood out and the food has potential. Serving the food hot and improving consistency would make a difference.
The restaurant offers generous portion sizes and great value for the price. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and comfortable, making it a great spot for both casual dining and family meals.
Service is professional, friendly, and attentive. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and ensures a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
Overall, Bhaijaan is a reliable choice for anyone looking for high-quality Indian food and excellent service. Highly recommended.
Shoutout to Saurav for the great service. He was super friendly, helpful with recommendations, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without hovering.
Great food, great vibes, great service. Definitely coming back and would 100% recommend if you’re in the area and want solid Indian food.
