Pricey but loads of burger options for a great healthy or unhealthy dining or take-out experience. I prefer the turkey burger with a fried egg, avocado, bacon, no cheese and asparagus as my side. Retro decor for a nice indoor and outdoor dining experience. However, it would be great to have TVs for big sporting events.

Today’s visit wasn’t great. They started by not having bacon. Half of thr burgers on the menu have bacon. They didn’t create a sign or notification. They were also out of eggs, tops to the ketchup containers, and some soda. They just joking told you when you asked for something.
The staff was friendly. Totally fun and young. However, with that, they weren’t completely attentive to detail.
My fries were over cooked as well as the tenders. They had to be reminded of the complete order. Our wait time was decent.
Lastly, the menu spells the word double incorrectly. Corporate should not be okay with their mistakes on printed materials.

Over the years, the quality has noticeably declined as prices continue to rise. I fondly recall when the patties were much larger, but during my recent visit, I was shocked at how small they’ve become. Additionally, my order was incorrect; I requested a medium-well burger but was served a medium-rare one instead. To top it off, the lettuce was nearly inedible. Given the numerous burger options available in town, I cannot recommend this place anymore.

Got a great burger cooked correctly to temperature (medium-rare) for about $13 minus tip, in just a few minutes. I really enjoyed my burger; because it was cooked correctly I didn’t even need any mayo/ketchup/mustard, just the sauce it came with. And the caramelized onions were piled on just the way I like it. I’ll definitely be returning.
I’m sad that other reviewers didn’t have the same experience! My only caveat is that the lettuce wasn’t the cleanest looking, but that’s not a huge concern for me.

One of the burger buns was blue/green in one spot, obviously mold. Makes me concerned whether or not they are serving other overdue ingredients too.
It used to be pretty good here, quality has dropped. They constantly forget things or prepare items wrong. At least they usually taste pretty good.

My family/I frequented the Germantown location many times when we were living in an apartment a couple years ago before moving into our new construction home. Food was great, service was good (just took your order) and the restaurant was clean.
However, we were in the area this past weekend and decided to stop by for lunch and we will NEVER go back. First off, our son loves their sliders, which are now scratched off their sign menu?! So now kids are forced to get chicken nuggets or grilled cheese. Yet this is a BURGER joint so kids now can’t get burger or forced to pay $10+ for an adult size burger?! Secondly, there is no staff to take your order, it’s all via touch screen kiosk. I HATE THESE!!! To order our 3 meals took like 5mins as the screen touch hardly worked and took forever to find items/add condiments/etc. We could’ve told the order to someone in about 20secs. 🙁 Thirdly, the food was “ok”, but my wife got a lettuce wrap turkey burger and the one huge piece of lettuce was wilted and had a HUGE brown streak down the middle. C’mon, Jose there couldn’t see that?! Lastly, the drink station nozzles were clogged up and haven’t been cleaned I’m sure in weeks and the bathroom was an absolute DISGRACE. Crap on walls, paper all over the walls and floor, sink was from a horror movie covered in who knows what.
AVOID this place at all costs. Our total was about $45 for kids meal, my burger box meal and my wife’s turkey wrap burger. RIP OFF!! Will NEVER go back again and I suggest folks do the same.

*Second try: They did not receive my wife’s order. Though the time, address, and order number were all accurate, they could not account for it. But since I paid, I wanted my food. The two employees really struggled at caring about my issue and they seemed confused about me trying to get the manager’s information. Eventually, they gave me my food. But it was a struggle.

I went in there this evening after work, having a horrible day and absolutely starving. The 2 gentlemen working (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) were absolutely amazing. Great customer service, awesome recommendations and overall great personalities. By the time I left there I felt lighter and less stressed from my work day just by those 2 guys! Thanks! Keep up the great customer service! Oh and the western bbq burger was AMAZING!!!
