Beam me up Scottie! Once again, I am in my comfort zone. Nothing better than red meat well prepared by their lady burger master. I have been going to BGR for years. You can pop in any time during their operating hours. My burger was stacked so perfectly I didn’t know where and how to take my first bite. As far as I am concerned, the messier a burger gets as you bite into it, the better it is. But, you need to watch out for your fingers. And, let’s not forget the French fries and onion rings! Yuuumm, they are fried to perfection. For those who are still eating red meat, I highly recommend you drop in. The char broiled flavor of the burger with the fresh tomato, lettuce and raw onions make for a simple comfortable meal.

Food was great, service not so good. There was no one in line, but they made us wait a while to take our order. No one at the register, until I had to ask the lady if someone was going to take our order. They seemed understaff, only 2 people. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food, so they were doing a good job under the circumstances, it seems. The place could use an upgrade.

Really disappointed.
Burgers were fine. Western and wagyu ($12+ with cheese) were decent. Pretzel bacon was too salty.
The extras were atrocious. The chocolate shake ($6) was icy. Not creamy at all. Reminded me of those shakes you can buy from 7-Eleven. There’s ice cream behind the counter so we expected better. Probably low quality ingredients.
The worst was the garlic parmesan fries ($4.5). I just can’t wrap my head around these. It was like being served raw minced garlic on mediocre cafeteria fries. How weird.
Staff was very nice. Restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Ordered through Uber Eats, so this comes with a grain of salt as a dine in experience may not be as bad. That being said, it was a less than 5 minute drive from order completion to food delivered, so if five minutes is enough to produce these problems, I’m not hopeful for dine in experience to be better.
Ordered two burgers with fries, both burgers were Ordered to be cooked medium, and they arrived rare/medium rare. And, I’m pretty forgiving on this. Ordered garlic parm fries, which along with the bread for the burgers, were so soggy I had to put them in the fryer to crisp them up. I wouldn’t even mention the soggy fries if it were a longer delivery time, but 5 minutes and mush doesn’t make sense to me. This means, in my opinion, that little care was put into the order and whatever liquids were present from the toppings weren’t dried/shaken off at all and the fries weren’t cooked all the way. I worked in restaurants for years, so I get that things won’t always be perfect, but this was a far cry from what I would consider acceptable.

One of the few places where if you ask for a rare burger you get one. The burgers we had were great. The topping selection was really good. I ordered cheese, jalapeños, caramelized onions and a fried egg. It came out perfectly. By the way our family enjoys french fries, and I found the french fries here to be really crispy and tasty.

They make a fabulous and juicy, beefy tasting burger. Toppings are fresh and it is made to temp. It is not a “smash burger” style but thick and flavorful. Fries are really good too. Please keep this in mind when you really want a great burger.
