Don’t overlook their dog. BGR has Nathan’s hotdogs on the menu and it is pretty damn good with diced onions and yellow mustard! Missing detail is these great dogs are not served on steamed buns.

My honest feed back is this restaurant simply gave me the worst service and the worst attitude and at the end the Manager shuts the phone in my face!!!!! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This is waaaaaaaay far from any type decent customer service. Someone ate from both fries, shakes didn’t come and no sauce and both sandwiches came wrong.

Amazing burger. It was cooked to perfection. The customization on the burger is great. I was not a fan of the fries or the shake. I got the chocolate shake and it’s super rich. If you like super rich chocolate then it’s for you but not for me. The fries were a little undercooked. The burger was amazing though.

The Wellington burger was amazing. I requested it grilled medium and the cook got it on point. The place is kept clean and the staff where friendly. A bit costly compared to other similar style burger places. I guess the overhead costs of being in the Mosaic shopping area is really being passed down to customers. Overall I would return again.

The beef burgers are excellent. They can stand up to the toppings, but they can also stand on their own.
Prices are so reasonable for quality ingredients.
My one negative comment is that the seasoning sprinkled on the fries is heaped with garlic. Those yummy fries just need salt! Ketchup is ok, too.

Very disappointed in this BGR location. Stopped by here for a quick meal before a movie, instead received two orders of regret.
One burger was undercooked (rare instead of medium) and the other was over cooked to the point of being inedible. If the restaurant was busy, I could be a bit understanding, however that was not the case, far from it.
We chose this restaurant out of the wide selection in the area because of our experience with the BGR at Springfield mall. The Springfield location has always been on point with their food, exactly as ordered every time.
I will not eat at this BGR location again and would not recommend it it until the quality of the food has improved.

I’ve been here a total of 2 times since I moved to the Mosaic District. I liked the idea of a fast casual place that specializes in burgers. The first time that I went here, I remember having a pretty good experience. The burger was grilled perfectly, just like the name suggests (Burgers Grilled Right).
The second time that I decided to eat here, I ordered ahead of time online. I placed my order at 7:30p, got a confirmation that it would be ready @ 7:45p. I left my apartment at 7:45p since I live less than 1 min away, and when I got there, I hung out at the counter for about 3 minutes before the two people behind the counter actually looked up and said hi. I was then informed that the store was out of burgers lol. Oh well.
So that’s been my 2 experiences at the store. No big deal if you are out of supplies, can’t fill the order, etc. Just make sure to greet your customers when they are standing in front of you for 3 mins.

Burgers are about the best you’ll find outside high end table service restaurants. Honestly, they’re better than a lot of those restaurants. Food is made fresh. Burgers are made to the requested doneness with respectable accuracy.
There are some nice specialty options, including an impressive tuna burger. Fries are done well, not overly greasy or salty.
This location does have very limited seating, but on nice days there are plenty of benches in the area.
