First time visiting B&G Milkyway and have to say I’ll definitely be back! I ordered the hot dog combo, which came with a standard hot dog, potato salad and smoked beans. The employees were the kindest folks I’ve ever come across at any eatery. That makes a big difference and is appreciated! One of the employees recommended I try an avalanche for next time. They do ask what you want on the hot dog, which for me was onions and mustard. The food was delicious and the lemonade was perfect, not too sweet. The drive thru experience was really neat, the employees come out and take payment as well as hand your order over when it’s ready. Keep up the great work, B&G!

We went on a day that was too cold for ice cream but it was now open for the spring and the kids were excited. I LOVED the outdoor area! Lots of good places to sit and fun things to do while waiting for the food. As far as the food goes, it’s what you would expect and it’s tasty. There was a good amount of parking but getting in and out is what might be a little difficult but not bad at all. Great start to the season and I love what they did to make it fun!

Very disappointed with our experience this evening. My husband ordered two Dirt Worm ice creams for our toddlers at the drive thru and when the staff came to deliver them, they suddenly told him it was cash only because their card machine was down — something he was never told when ordering. He explained that he didn’t have cash and asked if they could still give the ice cream to the kids, given the situation. Instead, they refused and took them back, leaving him to drive away with two crying toddlers. Poor communication and even worse customer service. We’ve been loyal customers, all summer long — this wasn’t about getting free ice cream, it was about doing the right thing.

Place is up beat with fun music appealing outdoor seating. We ordered California dreaming and choc/vanilla twist. Very yummy!! Family friendly place. Would go again! Highly recommend.
