Customer service rep unfriendly. Ordered banana nut smoothie and it tasted like banana only with no nut. Asked if I could have some more nut flavoring yet rep said he has to charge me $1.50 more for this drink that already cost me nine dollars. He was unwilling to accommodate. Poor customer service.

I came in over a half hour before closing, the employees treated my friend and I like we came in 2 minutes before close. They made us feel rushed to order, even when we decided quickly. The employees openly complained about us being there right in front of us, groaning and giving rude glares. They handed us our food, we say thank you, no reply. Some of the rudest customer service I’ve experienced. Was honestly afraid to eat my sandwich because I was worried they did something to it. My friend and i have both worked in food service and purposefully made it there at a reasonable time before close. We don’t want this as a reflection of the store, but want these ladies to know it’s ok to get a new job and accept food service maybe isn’t for them. All were late teens/early twenties. Long story short, we hope they are not there next time we come in.

Tamia made my Mango Tango perfectly. It was smooth, balanced, and spot-on. I asked for very little ice, and she still got the temperature just right without it ending up watery or warm. Honestly, she nailed it. Just a delight

Terrible service. Placed an order for pick up and when I got there it wasn’t ready. I was the only customer there and they kept walking by me, not addressing my presence. Heard one employee loudly talking on the phone in the back for 5 minutes before I stepped behind the counter to find out what was going on. The employee left, had a telephone conversation, came back and voided my order. Never received the food. On the way out, the employee followed me to the door screaming obscenities. I will be phoning a few people tomorrow. I would never step foot in that business again.

Beyond Juice seems to not like to make juices anymore. Waited 20 mins. I was the only customer when I entered and folks that ordered food or bowls got theirs before me. Maybe change the name if you don’t wanna make juices for customers anymore?? Oh and I had tipped 15% at checkout

Today I purchased a chicken cali salad.. and I found what it looks like a bug half way through it. I went back to the store and employee shrank her shoulders and told me “must have been a little bug in the lettuce” like it was cute or acceptable… don’t you wash the vegetables before selling them to paying customers? The same employee proceed to pet a dog that was in the store and then went back to work without washing her hands.. this just tells me what kind of food service establishment this is. I am terrified that I could have eaten bugs and harm my UNBORN CHILD. Never coming back and neither should anyone, disgusting.

Order smoothie over apo. Continue walk thru gp. Arrive at Beyond Juicery, smoothie is ready with receipt and straw. Easy . Efficient. Smoothies taste great. Im a repeat orderer..same order about weekly for past 6 or 7 weeks. Great execution each time. Price is acceptable. Taste is very good. Presentation is good. Accuracy and speed is exceptional.
