I have mixed feelings about this little place. The staff is wonderful and the vegetable soup is awesome however, the actual meal I ate was bit dry and bland. Though I was told the meal was German, it wasn’t like anything I ate while in Germany. I would still go back and give it another try because everything else I saw looked really good. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area.

Absolutely love this place. First time eating here, and we were not let down! Amazing food, atmosphere, and staff was very friendly. Prices were very very affordable. I also liked it had a smaller menu, all the favorites.

Family Hometown restaurant. Turtle Lake is a beautiful gem alongside the highway. Making the turn into town and going down to Bev’s is well worth it. Family centered business.
Nearly as great as eating at your grandmother’s house with all the family present. Has that small-town appealed that just can’t be matched anywhere nor duplicated.

Wed. is German food. I hear it is great from multiple people in McClusky, Mercer and Turtle Lake. We were there on a Saturday and had, steak eggs hashbrowns bacon toast and coffee. Everything was as ordered. The people at the resturant were wondeful and it is a nice quiet little town.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten! And, I guess Bev was in a bad mood because we could hear her complaining and raising her voice. I was sitting at the table farthest from the kitchen. I felt horrible for the waitress.
