Got a raw burger and told to deal with it.
Edited and added. Yes I was a bit mad and didn’t notice it was raw until half way through. Was having a lovely night until I saw the red red meat. The second burger was cooked all the way through a bit to much, but eatable. Good taste just got mad at the fact. Changed to a 3 for decent service. And no i don’t need to see the video I was there. Waited for my burger not really watching but waiting in anger sorry.. Was our anniversary so naturally got quite upset. I’ve heard so much good but after the red meat just seen red.
They did make it right by getting a new burger out fast. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. So naturally was mad.
