I got this delivered through doordash and it was incredible. i got the double bacon cheeseburger and it was incredibly flavorful and juicy. the chips were nice and crispy, and the dip has a great classic french onion taste. The pickle chips were delicious as well, they were a little soggy but i think that was due to the long wait time for my delivery. nothing an airfryer can’t fix. overall, food was wonderful and im hoping to order again!

Went with my friends today. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart and we liked her. The food was great. The drinks were really good. We had fun playing pool.
There was a problem though with wait time. It took awhile for the food to come out. However, it was very busy and had a full house. So we were a bit forgiving.
We all loved the place and will definitely be coming back. But, if the wait time was as bad as it wad today, it’ll be a 4 star.

Donated the eclipse glasses from Life Care of Westlake nursing home here & it smelled delicious, so I invited my mom & my husband to meet me here for dinner. The service was excellent, the food was excellent. I’m not into the music that was playing. There was a jukebox & supposedly you could pick a song, but it was a dollar each and it only took cash, which I don’t carry. The extra large “Jenga” & “4 in a row” were nice for occupying kids in the play zone.
It was busy & really loud for me. I’m not into bars. But despite how busy & popular they are, the service was at just the right pace, & the waitresses were great. I think it’s kind of a family-friendly feel, which is kind of nice for what seems to lean towards being a bar with burgers.

Nice place. Food was great and priced very fairly. The pickle fries were really good. I had wings, they were tasty. Everyone else in my party had burgers and raved about them. They a fun area with some games to keep kids entertained. Will definitely be returning soon. Only thing they need is a sign on the street, the place is set back and hard to see from the road. It is brand new so I’m assuming they may be trying to get one soon.

This was a first-time visit. They were very busy, but our server was promptly to our table.
The food was good, and although the appetizer came out with our meals, everything was good. I do wish you could have a choice as to how your burger would be cooked. I prefer a bit of pink in mine.
Good place for a bite, but the noise level is a bit over the top.

Ordered a BACON double cheeseburger, there was NO bacon on it. I did call the store, the staff member was friendly and agreed to refund me for that burger. The “crispy jalapenos” toppers for the burger are literally just jalapeno flavored potato chips. Definitely not worth $50 for 2 burgers, 4 chicken tenders, and some soggy homemade chips. Will not be ordering from here again. I gave them 4 stars for service because at least when I called the person I spoke to was nice and immediately offered me a refund for the burger that was missing the bacon.

Came in here on a Friday evening. Place is big, somewhat loud, and well lit. It’s exactly what I would expect from burger joint/sports bar. Music was a mix of good alternative rock and country. Sat at the bar. The bartender came up to me right away and gave me a menu and soon after took my drink order. Decent selection of beers. It was obvious he was busy though. Seemed to be the only person who could make mixed drinks. I ordered the Pickle Fries, Shroom and Swiss burger with tots. For a place that specializes in burgers, I expected him to ask me what temperature I wanted my burger. But he didn’t, which did not bode well since I like medium. The pickles fries came out first. They were cooked fine, but holy crap were they salty! I like salt, but this was too much for me. The burger came out next, and to no one’s surprise it was well done and too salty as well. I mean this thing was dry. I had to add ketchup to finish it. The shrooms and onions and cheese were fine, but didn’t add enough to overcome the dryness. The tots were the best thing I had. They were cooked well and surprisingly not too salty. I did ask one of the waitresses (who may have been a manager/owner?) if they take requests for other temperatures. She said they have two options: some pink or no pink, and that the bartender should have asked me. I am not going to hold this against the bartender, he was busy. But if I do decide to come back, I will be sure to request “some pink”. I really wanted to love this place because I want to support local businesses, but they definitely fell a little short. Will I try again? Probably. Am I dying to go back? Definitely not.

We waited to try Between the Bun North Ridgeville. We had two really good burgers today and super service. The flavor of the pattie( grill and seasonings) was very tasty. We liked it enough to talk about returning. They worked thru any kinks they had as a fledgling business. Feel comfortable you will get a solid meal.

I really wanted to love Between the Bun, as I’m a big supporter of locally owned restaurants and small businesses. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We visited on a Saturday around 3 PM for a late lunch/early dinner. The atmosphere was okay—a lot of TVs, a bit of a warehouse feel, and a long bar with a pool table. However, no one greeted us when we arrived, so we seated ourselves.
The service left much to be desired. When I asked about their seasonal craft beers (as recommended on the online menu), the server told me they didn’t have any and only had a couple of draft beers. Instead of listing the options, she pointed to the beer handles across the bar and told me to go take a look myself, which wasn’t very helpful. I ended up ordering a White Raja, and my husband ordered a Dortmunder, but they later informed us they were out of that, so he had to settle for a Miller Lite.
I ordered the Ferg Burg ($13), which sounded amazing on the menu: 80/20 beef, garlic spread, Gruyere cheese, sautéed onions, bacon, and A1 sauce. Unfortunately, the toppings were so minimal it felt like they were rationing them. I couldn’t taste the cheese or the A1 sauce, and if there was bacon, you could’ve fooled me. While I appreciate that they claim to buy local beef, according to their website, the burger was dried out, leathery, and far from the medium I ordered. To make matters worse, the burger was tiny, and for $13, I felt completely ripped off.
My husband ordered a side salad in addition to his burger, but he didn’t receive any chips with his meal, even though the menu said burgers come with chips. He paid full price for the salad, so it wasn’t an alternative side. The burgers were so small that when the waitress delivered one to a big guy sitting nearby, I actually told my husband I’d be embarrassed if I were her.
It’s frustrating because this isn’t just a general restaurant where I ordered a burger—this place specializes in burgers, and they failed to deliver on that. While I wanted to support this local spot and was hoping to write a positive review, I can’t overlook the poor food quality, tiny portions, and lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
***In response to the owners reply***
Thank you for responding, but just to clarify, I never said you specialized in craft beers. Your menu suggested asking about seasonal drafts, which I did, and the waitress told me you don’t have any. When I asked her what was on draft, she pointed to the handles behind the bar and told me to go take a look. That’s not what I would consider good service.
Also, there’s no way the burger I received was 1/3 pound—I’d be surprised if it was even 1/4 pound. On top of that, it was way overcooked, dry, and served cold, despite ordering it medium. I sincerely hope you take some of these reviews into consideration, as I think the concept of your restaurant is a good one, and I want to see small, locally owned places succeed. I wish you the best moving forward.

This place is new and I was really excited to see what they did with this building. The place looks great and it has a very inviting ambiance. They even had an area for kids to play as well as a pool table. The food offerings were great and the service was prompt and thorough. I’ll come back again, hopefully an expanded menu is in the near future. It definitely is worth a try.
