Oh my God this place was amazing the pizza was so delicious and the pasta left to me speechless certainly my wife will be wanting us to come back here for that delicious pasta al pesto. The sangria was great and they also have local regular beer served as well as craft beer. Entire place is theme to some Italian city that’s little shops that you can get ice cream and other delicious pastries. I really enjoyed the candlelight as well as the lighting on the top and the service was great by the waiters. There is plenty of parking on the front side and I think that the restaurant can probably host about 80 people inside, it’s a big place by the way (but you can’t tell from the outside).

The owner was also very welcoming and made sure we felt at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. We particularly enjoyed Lasagna, Salmon and Canoli.

Huge disappointment!!!
Three of the wines on the menu that we ordered, they don’t have. Both pastas that are made with bucatini . They don’t have bucatini.
So I understand having shortages on items that are perishable. Wine and pasta do not perish. No excuse for having it printed on the menu and being out of stock..

The two pastas that are supposed to be served tableside in the cheese wheel did not come that way we had to demand it be put in the cheese wheel and … he just replated the original pasta so when we got it, it was room temperature which means the cheese was not able to melt with the hot pasta. Huge failure, what a disappointment

The spagetti DiMari that I asked for was flavorless.
We spoke with the owner and he really didn’t care.
Lesson learned never again.

Food is fresh, week coffee and great taste. Service is good, can be better but it’s good. The atmosphere changed a bit since its beginning where they had a very Italian romantic vibe with just candle lights and very little electric light, wooden bars and half of the roof was jointed with a natural olive tree and now seems to be easy my moder, which is not bad at all but just lost that dating romance atmosphere and now looks more like a status stereotype.

The food was amazing at the Ambiance is pretty nice as well. Our server was totally attentive and great. I have the linguine pasta special but only with shrimp no calamari or clams and my husband had the shrimp scampi. Before they meal they also serve some amazing bread with marinara sauce. We both were extremely delighted with our meals. And we had a strawberry cannoli for dessert. As many times as we’ve been down here it’s very close to the La Paloma Resort where we stay and we’ve never been here before. Now it’s going to be one of our frequents every time we come.

What a great place to eat. The quality of the food is incredible. An Italian spot in Rosarito that is authentic. The Grill Platter for 2 with chicken,steak and shrimp was amazing. Instead of bread we shared a pizza. That fed 3 of us and we still took food home.
Who knew a Mezcal Cocktail could be so good?
The atmosphere and decoration is inviting and open.
The staff and service are the real stars. Our server Hassan i think is his name was the bessssst! He made sure my mom and sisters were well taken care of and comfortable. Extremely accommodating and courteous.

After lot of recommendation tried their place.. Would have to say was disappointed by the food .. The pizzas were cold and chewy..Crust was very thick and not cooked well .. The pasta was also cold and seemed like sauce and pasta was not cooked together .. Their House bread was all uncooked from inside ..

On Valentine’s Day, my girlfriend and I were seated way in the back of the restaurant, where it smelled weird. Our table was dirty, and then we were completely ignored for the next 20 minutes. We saw a couple next to us who had sat down much longer after we did being served before us. The staff didn’t even look our way, so we walked out and had pizza down the street.

Betuccinis has a fun, rustic Italian vibe. Their pasta and garlic bread are so so good. Pasta is cooked to perfection. Their pizza is okay. It didn’t have a lot of flavor and the crust was a little soggy. Their Sangria and IPA beers are good. Service was excellent.
