Incredibly delicious! A true treat, I would travel an awfully long way for the saltenas at Betty’s! I don’t think there’s any food in the area that even comes close to this level of comfort food — so very fulfilling (not just filling)! Ooooooo BETTY can cook!!! I’m a chino and I’m in love with this Bolivian food 🙂 my Bolivian mother-in-law pick up Saltenas and the peanut soup; The saltenas were full of meat and bulky, both full of flavor and made with some Betty love. I will be back for more.

This place was busy, I have real mixed feelings about it.
There are just way too many many menu items and it’s overwhelming honestly.
What I got was a huge portion that was ok. Nothing to write home about.
They also don’t know if they offer waitress service or order and wait for your food.
I was just confused in all fairness.
The place could be a gem if they focused on 20 or 30 of their most popular items!
Had table service and were good!
I would go back but I wouldn’t make a special trip.

The food is good. No problems there.
The service was not the best. I had asked for extra lljaua , the first lady forgot completely and never apologized. The second, got it in two seconds. Needs some improvement there.

Strip Steak was extremely tough, no flavor and cooked very well done, while I had ordered it Medium. We have been loyal to Betty’s for tasty latin specialties for years, BUT our last few orders have all had mistakes of one type or another. Take out orders need to be packaged in more sanitary way. Very disappointed, a waste of $50.
