Awesome burgers here!! I ordered a bettys classic and some fries, it came out within a few minutes after ordering, however it was not very busy so I am unsure whether or not the wait time varies much more when busier.. however staff were wonderful! I was served by a very polite and patient lady, Shantell. I will be sure to come back again!! Atmosphere and music was great too! Restaurant was nice and clean and much cooler inside than outside.

Chicken was a bit funny with some oddly chewy/hard parts. The chips are also no longer french fries which is a terrible decision to have changed. Service was pleasant and quick though but the dining table was also pretty sticky.

Great experience at Betty’s Burgers. The service was top-tier, especially from Ash. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience better with his positive attitude. Food came out quickly and everything was spot on. Big credit to Ash for the great customer service would happily come back.

Burgers were super yummy and it came out decently quick. I got the Betty Deluxe with onions rings, the onions rings had a lovely crunch. We also shared some fries which were lovely.
Staff were also super kind, Nikki (not sure if I spelt that incorrectly, she had blonde hair tied up, we came in on the 12th of Jan around 12pm) was super helpful and positive.

We ordered just one of the basic burgers and asked for an ETA, the restaurant was not busy and they said around 15 minutes, we were pushing time for a movie and we had to wait 40 MINUTES for our burgers! When we asked the staff how much longer they just said a few more minutes (for a bun, Pattie, sauce and lettuce??!) just made it to the movie in time by eating the food on the way. Not normally one to complain but this has happened to me more than once here, so don’t come if you’re in a rush!

During our visit, we unfortunately had a negative experience with one staff member on a few occasions. When I asked a question at the counter regarding the app ordering and collection process, the response came across as dismissive and my question wasn’t addressed, she instead continued to remind me of the wait time which wasn’t my concern.
Later, while changing a bin near our table, the same staff member handled the bins aggressively slamming them on the ground, which resulted in liquid from the bin splashing onto us and the table. An apology was not offered, and instead paper towel was slammed on the table, the bin was left beside us overflowing and with an unpleasant smell.
That said, our overall experience was greatly improved by another team member who was extremely kind and professional. They apologised for the wait time, checked on our order, and personally brought our food to the table, which we really appreciated. Their service helped redeem the visit and reflected positively on the rest of the team, the food was also amazing and worth the wait.

Betty’s Burgers was unreal. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly, and the chips were crispy with just the right amount of salt. Huge shoutout to Ash, our service guy — super friendly, quick, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again.
