The waitress we had was very polite. She answered the question I had about what tea they had and ensured I didn’t mean a specific brand. She was attentive and checked up on us shortly after we got our food to make sure everything was good. The speed of service there was incredible, the food tasted excellent, and it was an inexpensive place for my fiancée and me to get breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Nostalgic spot, you can sit at the counter or the tables, they have a couple of picnic tables outside for the hot days, we order breakfast dishes, staff is very friendly, if you have any questions just ask, coffee was very good. I ordered from door dash this morning just super disappointed ☹️ This omelet is not only missing two ingredients (Spinach & mushrooms) it has the biggest pieces of UNCOOKED veggies I have ever seen , the Egg is EXTREMELY thin & has a crispy layer to it , I’m 5 months pregnant and was so excited for this omelet , and I just can’t eat it .. I called the store to ask about the omelet and I got told that they ran out of Mushrooms & spinach … OK ?? So call the customer and ask them if that’s okay & if not maybe offer them something else ?? I hate wasting food & of course money , this is a big disappointment OHHH and how about the fact that there’s no donuts available to order on the door dash app ? Makes no sense … Sorry Betty’s but you get a thumbs down from me
Thank God I have some culinarily experience and tried my best to fix it !! I chopped the veggies up , threw half away & added some cheddar cheese to try and close this omelet up , but unfortunately the omelet just split up and I kind of have a mush omelet now , but at least I’m not wasting to much !!

ordered a he-man off doordash. Item took 2 hours to arrive and when it finally did i was missing half my order. No eggs, toast or homefries. Don’t do delivery from them.

I’ve given Betty’s Donuts so many chances. Today was the last straw.
I ordered a breakfast bowl with white toast, and a hash brown patty on the side. The hash brown patty is a literal hockey puck – inedible. It’s so hard that it hurt to attempt to bite into, see pic below.
The toast that came with the breakfast bowl is literally raw toast. Completely untoasted but still slathered with butter, so disgusting. It’s such a disappointment that they’re getting the smallest parts of the meal so wrong.
Take pride in what you serve – this is just bad.

I was an out of town visitor looking for a non-chain breakfast place off of 146 on the way from PVD to Worcester. Had the Italian sausage omelet and homemade Italian bread toast which were both fantastic! Staff is incredibly friendly and you get the sense they have a lot of loyal customers who they enjoy having. Definitely want to come back and would recommend to others.
