We enjoy visits to this neighborhood bakery. We have enjoyed pastries just because and for special events (like a baby shower!) We have enjoyed meals with family and ALWAYS get pastries to go!

Originally from Carmichaels and live in Maryland now but come to our spring, summer and fall place often and found this gem!!! Pastries, pepperoni rolls and breakfast were all superb. The breakfast was also very good with homemade italian bread toasted (was AMAZING). They also deliver out of state. Their nut rolls and little lady fingers are delicious – actually everything I have had from there is delicious. Ordering for delivery for Thanksgiving. A must try!

Betty Mae’s Bakery is a little sit down diner in the heart of Masontown that has classic American small diner food, and that homestyle classic American staff and feel of welcome. The wonderful smell of fresh made bread permeates the sitting area. Go ahead and give them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Service was wonderful! The food was delicious and came out quickly. Loved the bakery section. Great prices on all the baked goods as well. The food was also priced very well. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the cafe drinks next time! Great find!
UPDATE: We eat here every Saturday morning now! We love going in and they know our order. It feels like eating at a friend’s. Dar is the best and the food is always excellent!
