I’ve been here a couple of times now and the food is consistently good with large portions provided. I also enjoyed my Modelo Michelada! Soda can for size comparison. . Clean establishment as well. Larger then I thought inside too. I had the chimichanga and WOW it was good. And big. Great part is I live right around the corner…five minute walk from my front door. Good food and service here!!

Honestly THEE BEST shrimp and CA burritos we have ever had.

Food is always fresh and so full of flavor and the staff is so nice. Atmosphere gets 4 starts only because I wish they had a bigger and brighter space, we typically get takeout just because I feel a little claustrophobic in the restaurant. But if they had a patio area or space with more windows we would probably eat there all the time.

I cannot recommend this place enough. SO GOOD

I am a 35 year old Hispanic male, big boy. Just FYI – this place is delicious. I had a huarache de asada and two tacos (asada and pastor). There are two things that make tacos good or bad, the tortilla, and the salsa. It’s hard to find bad meat flavor, but when you do find it, you’ll never be back and everyone will let you know. This place has good asada, and the tortillas are really good. I honestly forgot to ask if the tortillas were hechas a mano, but if they aren’t, then I need to find out what brand they use, because they definitely taste like it. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars, is because the red salsa needed more flavor and spice. The green salsa is really good. The asada has good flavor and is just the right amount of crispy. The pastor had good flavor but not enough crisp for me (I like it crispy like when it’s cooked on the trompo. The huarache base is light, thin, and has good taste. The toppings are perfect and tasty. The atmosphere got 4 stars from me only because it was warm and a bit muggy in there. But the place is clean. I will be back.

I like eating here. The food is high quality and the flavors are really good.

Both the red and green sauces here are straight up fire Bright on the flavor, and just the perfect amount of heat. Salsa cups: 5/5

I tried their carnitas and carne asada tacos today. I liked the carnitas the best- the meat was somehow moist and juicy but also crunchy at the same time. The barbacoa and birria are also good. Quality of their meats: 5/5

The tortillas here are amazing. They get a 6/5 because the tortillas here taste just like they do outside of the US. They’re definitely not using store bought tortillas here. Whoever their supplier is makes the best tortillas I’ve tasted in the bay area. 6/5.

Even the chips here are good. Chips are never stale, and are the perfect thickness with a really good crunch. Once again, good choice on their supplier here.

Overall, I really like eating here. I love that they serve their tacos here with shredded cabbage, and I love how perfect the tortillas taste.

I haven’t tried anything other than the tacos yet, but based on what I had so far, it seems like they do a very good job here. Compliments to the cooks who must be very proud of their work.

Dang this was good! The tlayudas were on point! Really good seasoning on the meats, even made my kids eat tripe and they loved it! Service was very nice and prompt.

Ordered very crispy fries in a burrito, it came with soft, soggy fries, and no it wasn’t because the moisture in the burrito, fries didn’t have any color on them. They use some sort of nacho cheese in the burrito. Why? Why would you use nacho cheese in a burrito? Would not recommend.

Delicious foods and great service, the staffs were very friendly. We had Tlayuda Sencilla and Mexican shrimp cocktail. They were really good. Free chip and salsa!! Green salsa tasted so good too.

Amazingly authentic. The outside looks very unassuming but don’t let that fool you. This is the best Mexican food in Sonoma County that we’ve found in over a year searching for something that meets our San Diego standards. The pride and attention to detail is evident throughout the meal. Look at the presentation of the fish tacos. The cabbage was sliced super thin which is exceedingly rare to find, but was an immediate tell as to the quality of this place.

Hailing from San Diego, my wife and I judge Mexican restaurants by their fish tacos and their California burritos.

My California burrito also passed the test with flying colors. It was huge, perfectly toasted on the outside, the carne asada was expertly seasoned, and it was the perfect mixture of fries to meat.

There was a cheese sauce inside which is not traditional but we are in NorCal after all so I chalk it up to an acceptable and delicious spin on a San Diego classic.

It was a little slow this particular Saturday afternoon so the owner came out to chat with us and he is very proud of his restaurant. For good reason.

Better Oaxaca was absolutely amazing. I hadn’t been for a long time but had fond memories. I’m not sure if it changed ownership or if it just got a really wonderful facelift. It’s absolutely beautiful inside. I took my mom to introduce her to the restaurant that I remembered and was greeted with so much more.

I had mamela, I’m hoping on spelling that right, absolutely delicious. I also had a steamed taco with barbacoa. Probably one of the most delicious tacos I’ve had ever. And I ate a lot of tacos.

And already Mom is asking me when we can go again. At 84 she can go as many times as she’d like to go and I’ll be happy to take her. She took a lot home but ate everything she took this afternoon for lunch. She loved the value and felt it was very reasonably priced.

Forget starbucks- it’s not the holiday season for me unless I have my hot Birria consome cup in my cup holder.

Quesabirrias here are straight I poured a little red sauce into my consomé for added heat. Definitely keeps you warm in rain y weather.

The variety here is fantastic, I have so many favorite dishes.
