EXCELLENT, RISING FRANCHISE! Better Buzz is the next coffee juggernaut, it won’t be long! I absolutely love this new edition to the valley, it’s a refreshing, new coffee shop with high-quality brews and ingredients.
Better Buzz is still growing in its non-dairy and sugar-free options, however the selection for customers is plentiful. The cinnamon cream cold brew with oatmilk was phenomenal, the cream used was thick and rich. My drink wasn’t overwhelming, it was just right. My Mom complemented the sugar-free coffee. All the coffee options from ice-blended to hot looked unique and delicious.
I took a look at BB’s food menu and WOW everything sounded amazing. Aioli wraps, daily muffin specials, AÇAÍ bowls?! There’s even sandwiches for breakfast and lunch!
The line was a little lengthy as this is a newer location, however it flowed along and the staff were efficient. Each staff member monitored the line for crowd control and they answered our questions expertly. I really appreciated our barista on this trip, she was very polite and helpful.The ambiance was relaxed, I had a good time.

We wanted to see for ourselves what all the Buzz was about! Well, nonetheless we were very pleased with the service. Girl at the counter was very nice and friendly! (Customer service for me is a BIG Deal). Our coffee’s and food items were delicious. The place is very nicely decorated, and place was very clean. If there’s one thing I would change would be to lower the music, due to the high ceilings it gets echoes, and makes it kind of difficult to talk over all the other customers but over the music itself. Loved this place and looking forward to our next visit.

l’ve been to this Better Buzz several times since they opened last month, and every time is a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and courteous, and the food and drinks are always delicious. Angelina was especially helpful when I stopped in today and placed an order. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out this Better Buzz for yourself!

Customer service was nice.our drinks Carmel frozen something and the other idk but I got 2 drinks and I have to say they were horrible for our tasting just too sugary like they didn’t taste nothing but a ball of sugar something I would’ve done at home and totally fudged the drink up. Then the breakfast WOW .maple crossiant was amazing and the the chicken sandwich delicious…I dont understand where they had bad coffee drinks and then beautiful delicious breakfast. Would definitely go back but only for breakfast..

Love this new coffee shop in San Jacinto, love their happy atmosphere, the food is delicious, my favorite is the acai bowls, it’s nice and packed with fruits!

Pancho Villa
This is a specialty coffee place, it seems more like a dessert coffee style, Ezekiel was friendly customer service driven and very helpful was great and fast, the prices are average. I had the avocado toast with egg, definitely hit the spot, it was a good balance and with the right seasoning. The caramel latte was a bit too sweet, but good nonetheless.
