I usually don’t write reviews but today better buzz disappointed me. I’ve been coming here for a long time. I ordered drive-thru an ice best drink ever No water and the girl kept repeating best drink ever less water. I corrected her more than x5 and my order still came out wrong! I have no problem ordering best drink ever No water at fashion valley mall but Bonita location always give me problems. I understand that the drink is water based but I don’t want my drink to be diluted with water and the need to fill up the whole cup!

Stopped by better buzz Tuesday morning and the service here is beyond incredible! I’ve never been before so I a bit indecisive, Bianka took my order and she was just amazing! any question I had she answered so confidently and really made me feel comfortable about what I was getting! She recommended me the Ham & Cheese Croissant with tomato, avocado, egg, and arugula. The perfect combo. The Coconut Sugar Protein Latte with almond milk paired perfectly with it. Keep it up Bianka i’ll definitely be returning!!

I especially want to shout out one of the baristas, Ale, who provided amazing hospitality and customer service. Ale was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel extra positive. Absolutely love Better Buzz Coffee – Bonita. The goat cheese Danish was phenomenal—perfectly balanced, rich without being heavy, and honestly one of the best pastries I’ve had in a long time.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was Abrah, the manager. She was genuinely warm, attentive, and clearly cares about both the customers and the quality of the place. You can feel the difference when leadership is that strong.
