Better Burger absolutely lives up to the name. The food was outstanding — everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was crispy and packed with heat, the burger was juicy and well-balanced, and the cheesy mac was pure comfort food.
The space itself is clean, welcoming, and well laid out, which makes dining in really enjoyable. On top of that, the staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do.
Great food, great space, and great people. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Great burgers! It was our first time there. We went on a Friday night at 6:30 and it was busy. The service was good. The food took a little long to get out. The appetizer was delicious. Fries with a few chicken tenders cut up on top with a Nashville Hot sauce drizzled. All 4 of us got burgers, they were tasty and smashburger style. We were surprised that they only offered 4 different burgers. And also of note, they only have American cheese. Fries that came with burger had an “everything nice spice” and it was really good. We will go back to try other items. They have burger or chicken over mac and cheese, fries, salad or rice bowls. Also wings and milkshakes. Full bar that seats about 12. Clean bathrooms.

Nashville hot chicken did not disappoint with the spice. The fries looked unassuming but were a surprise with the crisp and flavor. I got the smokehouse burger and would have a tough time getting anything else. Lastly the milkshake was rich and flavorful. The vibes were immaculate and my wife loved the music

My daughter and I arrived at 4pm on Friday and were seated within minutes. Menus were provided and about a ten minute wait time for drink orders. Complimentary buttery popcorn is served. I had the purple drop, refreshing lavender citrus beverage and fountain drink for my daughter. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer that was taken at the same time as burgers double classic cheeseburger with fries and smokehouse burger that I believe was a double with seasoned fries. The mozzarella sticks were delivered hot with a nice cheese pull. Immediately followed by burgers and fries. Burgers served hot off the grill, seasoned well. My daughter thought they were comparable to FG’s. I liked the unique seasoning just thought it lacking a bit of moistness. Loved the seasoning on the fries, looks like they have a bunch of loaded options as well! We were plenty full, I took most of my burger to go. Had to pass on the shakes for dessert! $65.88 was total with tip makes for a bit pricey but isn’t everything these days! Definitely give them a try!

First time visitor. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by a staff member who also explained their ordering process. After ordering I sat in the dining are and waited for the food to be prepared. The wait was reasonable, the Smokehouse Burger was delicious and regular fries crispy. The same staff member also checked with me after I was done to make sure everything was satisfactory which it was. Would definitely come here again. They also have a small bar area with special drinks.

I’d love to say I really liked it. Service was painfully slow. We were seated then…….hello 15 minutes for just our drinks….soda. If they were crowded I could understand. It appears like they had 1 waitress, who was great. But there were definitely other workers there. We’re eating burgers, not a 5 course meal. I usually just go without saying anything, but not at 18 for a burger. Which tasted just like a good burger should!!! Onion rings are real onion rings not those chopper up.ones. I wish them luck.

I had a fantastic meal here. My bacon ranch burger was incredible, and the cheese fries were definitely a hit with the table. Everything was flavorful and hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back soon!

This was a last minute stop for a later dinner. Thank goodness it was open. Staff were very nice. You order at the front counter, receive a beeper for when your food is done and pick a table to sit at. There’s plenty of seating, the atmosphere is modern.
Our orders included the hot chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich and the better burger two with seasoned fries and an order of sweet potato fries. The sandwiches were all very good, seasoned fries were great as well. The sweet potato fries were ok. I probably would get the seasoned fries the next time. My daughter ordered what she would describe as a perfect vanilla milkshake. They have Margueritas and beer on the menu as well. I think if you’re looking for a classic chicken/burger joint, it’s a good option.

10/10! They have not yet had their grand opening, so go easy on ‘em. The inside is classy and we love what they’ve done with the place, as we remember the Hope Cafe days fondly. The bar area is gorgeous with lots of big TV screens. They give you buttered popcorn when you sit down. I ordered a classic lime margarita, my fiancé ordered some sort of lavender gin cocktail, Purple Drop, I think. Both were delicious. I ordered the bacon ranch smashburger which came with delicious, hot crispy (and not greasy) fries. He had the smokehouse smashburger. They were cooked perfectly, juicy, not dry, hot… overall, no notes. If you like the taste of Five Guys/Shake Shack with a little less mess, this place is for you. Service was great, but we were one of 2-3 parties there. Ha ha. Can’t wait for this place to get noticed. We spent $64ish before tip. We have a lot of hope for this place. Best of luck to you all!
