Authentic Mexican Cuisine my favorite the chicken fajita plate, chicken quesadilla, and crispy Taco plates are pretty good. My top 3 I like eating there.

As pretty standard Mexican restaurants goes, this one is pretty good, relatively inexpensive, and delightful. Service was very on top of their game and was really prompt to take our order. I have the shrimp quesadilla, it came with a little sour cream and grab them away and pico. Was very good.

Nice little place in East Austin (is this right? Not a native). Away from the main hubbub that is downtown and riverside, this little place served sobre EXCELLENT grub. After visiting UT, SO and I were hungry. As you might know, there’s tons of places with good grub here in Austin and when I asked Google, it came back with literally pages full of recommendations. I honestly picked this place from the pictures. The pictures did not lie. SO had a chicken fried chicken torta (milanesa de pollo), i had the mini tacos (5) and our tag along had the quesadillas. Everything was delicious. Salsas were spicy and fresh, food was hot and tasty, and service was excellent. The place is a bit worn out but it is clean. If you’re on this side of Austin and want some good food, definitely recommend. BTW: they also have beer. 😉

Not good but not bad. I ordered 5 street tacos, two tripe and three Al Pastor. They weee ok, I’ve definitely had better. I recommend ordering something different if you go tho this place. The waitress was very attentive.

The quesadillas are crispy and delicious. The food is plentiful and the large margarita does not skimp on flavor or alcohol.

Good Mexican Food, but price is a bit pricey. And if you have more then 4 people it’s 18% tip already added and then they charge you a fee for using your credit card. So plan to pay close to $260.00 for a family of 6.

If you are looking for authentic “hole-in-the wall” Tex Mex, look no further that Beto’s #2. Native Texans know that texmex restaurants with the “#” on them are legit, and this one is no different. They have all of your texmex staples for food and drink. The staff primarily speaks Spanish. The seats are cracked and fixed with duct tape. There are signs in the bathroom to not flush the toilet paper. They have a life sized mariachi cut out.

Went to get ribs in red salsa. I usually get chips and salsa placed on my table. Didn’t happen this time. I asked the waitress if she had chips and salsa. She said: “yes, would like some”. ( The question weirded me out) I told her yes. At the end of my meal I went to pay and had a bill over 28 dollars. When I asked the cashier about an itemized list of what I got, it showed the meal, drink and and extra order of tortillas (which I ordered) plus chips and salsa 3.99. I asked the cashier if the chips and salsa weren’t free anymore. She said they were free after a certain time. The waitress did not tell me this so I found it to be a shady way to get money. (Buyer beware). The food is good and the place is clean. But if you include honesty it can take your business to a higher level. I hope they can let customers know of the changes so to they don’t get surprised like I did.
