First time here with good first impressions. Ordered the Albondigas, Chile Verde, fresh homemade corn tortillas, a Carnitas taco with a handmade corn tortilla and a slice of chocolate mousse pie (made in house) to finish off the meal. Everything was delicious. The corn tortillas were hot and soft at our table. The Chile Verde with beans and rice all came freshly prepared and full of flavors, but not overwhelming. Even the ice tea was very tasty, light and not bitter like many places tend to make it as such. I didn’t get a chance to taste the chocolate mousse pie, but my meal companion said it was the best they’ve had in a long time. Very light and airy. The Albondigas had plenty of vegetables and well made meatballs that had such a fresh flavor and didn’t taste like they had been sitting for a long time, which I have found many other places tend to make that mistake. What’s interesting is that this place is a little hard to find if you’re not looking because it’s situated in a little cubby hole next to other shops in a little plaza like set up. Our server was very friendly, courteous and helpful when we had questions about the menu. All in all, Betos is certainly an establishment that I will return to time and time again.

Let’s start by saying I like trying new spots for burritos. I ordered my burrito and came out in a timely manner (approx 10 min). I ordered a pastor burrito with just rice beans and meat. I wanted to like this burrito but unfortunately it was jam packed with beans. It made it feel like there was no meat. On the positive side the beans are not bad. Ratio was like 10% rice 20% meat 70% beans. I couldn’t get much flavor due to the beans. Their red chili was flavorless and packed no heat. would say the burrito was 2.5/5. If you’re looking for a burrito I would go somewhere else. Beto’s food was so so but on the bright side the inside is cozy and the staff was friendly.

The food is always amazing here. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. The chips are not seasoned at the start of the meal, so just be aware of that. The salsa is good! Usually I get the chilaquiles, son loves the burrito. The youngest son never complains. Aguas frescas are always on point. The service is slow but they’re so kind and friendly.

This place is a very good place to eat with your family. Also, the noise level is really quiet and easy to talk with your family. I recommend this restaurant to have the best time of your life.

I ordered an agua fresca de limón, and the woman at the counter prepared it right in front of me. She scooped cut limes/lemons with her bare hands and dropped them into the drink. Then, noticing one had something black on it, she put her finger inside the cup—and into the water—to remove it. I was too stunned to say anything. I paid, walked out, and threw the drink away.
This is what I witnessed firsthand—so I can only imagine what goes on when no one’s watching. I’m not saying this happens everywhere, but after that experience, I won’t be going back.

They had no chips or salsa avail. They said there fryer was being cleaned..it was 5 pm smh. The server made us feel rushed we were looking over the menu as first timers an she stood over us for few minutes waiting for us to choose, didn’t recommend nothing. There was no one else waiting to be seated I will not recommend going here. We paid 10 dollars for 2 sodas ,definitely over priced.I understand business needs to make money to stay open, but ppl need to be able to afford to take they’re family out every once in awhile too an affordable place. we ended up leaving.

Used to like going to this spot for lunch. Their service is pretty fast and they serve you with chips and salsa as you wait for your food. The tacos are contain a lot of meat and the rice is decent as well. The waiter has a good attitude unlike the ones from the Estrella.

Excellent food with a large menu. Seafood and caldos(soup) were delicious. Breakfast is also amazing with many choices. You will wait a little only because the chef cooks everything fresh. This restaurant also makes homemade tortillas and champorado. I have eaten here three times now and have yet to be disappointed in the food or service. I highly recommend this restaurant.
