Wow, Flavor Explosion in my Mouth. Took my wife, she had never been. Got the Ham, Egg, Cheese and seasoned Potato Breakfast Burrito. Cut in half, placed, my favorite, Green sauce on it. Delicious!!! I also think the Steak Breakfast Burrito is the Best around. For lunch my go to is the Carne Asada burrito. Love the inside of this place. Clean, and condiment bar is well stocked. Friendly,knowledgeable staff to help out those that do not come here much. Great place, has outdoor seating and a drive through.

I had an amazing experience at Betos! The Mexican food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared. The portions were generous and the quality was excellent.
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The service was fast and professional.
I highly recommend Betos if you’re looking for great Mexican food and excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

The burrito size has not diminished, like others in the area. They had food options I haven’t seen at other locations. Had a mixed breakfast burrito that was really good.
The location is great. The only thing is that the bathroom needs a key from staff to use, and there were flies. Otherwise, a great location.

I used to live in Albion Village around the corner from here. They used to sell scones and Navajo tacos. So I know this Betos was opened recently.
They do not have their Lobby and Drive Thru hours. But they let in a trucker before me.
Brown hair person extremely rude from the start for no reason. Should have walked out then.
The lady knows what she did. It is extremely rude and disrespectful, disgusting and I am so embarrassed for her.
I hope she is not the owner.
If the owner reads this. They both need to be fired to learn a lesson about common decency.
I won’t eat this food. It has been POISONED of bad horrible vibes.
$-16 I could have had COSTA VIDA OR CAFE RIO. If they are not fired they will continue to bring the review downwards because EVERYONE is talking about the AWFUL “SERVICE”

I just went to the drive thru this morning at 9am. Two cars in front of me. It was a longer than expected wait to get to the window and when I got there the window was closed. No one opened the window to take my payment or to acknowledge that I was there. I waited more than 10 minutes and nothing…no one. I waited a few more minutes and drove away. More than 20 minutes from the time I ordered. I never saw anyone and thought that this was ridiculous.

Extremely Disappointed — Quality Has Gone Downhill
I just picked up a carne asada burrito from Beto’s, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. The burrito was full of pellejo (gristle or connective tissue), had hardly any actual meat, and was overly salty. It was supposed to come with pico de gallo, but instead, it was packed with onions — far more than what real pico usually contains. To make matters worse, the burrito was cold.
I called the restaurant to ask what they could do about it, and instead of helping, they immediately got defensive. They left me on hold, then ignored my follow-up calls altogether — no resolution, no accountability.
This used to be one of my favorite spots, but the quality of both the food and service has completely fallen apart. It honestly feels like they just don’t care anymore. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

I had a horrible experience with the entire crew. I am allergic to tomatoes and when kindly asked if they can remake it due to my condition they started laughing and joking thinking I was making it up to get another burrito. The chef then proceeds to call me a liar to my face and saying that he gets off at 6 pm (supposed threat)
They ended up calling their family (owners) to refund me, but the mom also started to raise her voice and not happy to refund at all. Worst of all they trespassed me. No accountability or apology whatsoever.
It was absolutely terrible. The chef MAY SABOTAGE YOUR MEAL if you complain. Save your time and spend your money at a different location.

Food was musty and moldy tasted like fish! I’ve had these burritos a million times and know what they taste like, how hard is it to mimic the flavor of eggs, ham, and beans… I had other people taste the burrito and they too confirmed it tasted rotten. This is dangerous to be serving old or spoiled food. I will never visit this location again and maybe not another location ever.

The lady at the window was nice and overall it was an ok experience. I gave 3 stars only because every single rancheritos, betos, albertos ect. Have always without fail almost overflow the food container box with food, but this is the first one I’ve ever been to that charged me for “super asada” ($16) and received a small.

This place is good. Their burritos are super fat!! This is one of the good locations that uses potatoes instead of French fries in the burritos. Will return. Make sure you get a bacon breakfast burrito!!
