I ordered a chicken chimichanga and a #11 and ended up with a steak burrito, 5 rolled tacos, and a #11. I understand they were busy, but for you to be that far off is crazy to me. I got home and after I noticed, I decided whatever it was busy and went to another Beto’s location and ordered yet another chicken chimichanga and ended up with a steak chimichanga. The first Beto’s, I should have checked, but the second one, I did, and there was SHREDDED CHICKEN on top, but was filled with steak.
I’ll be taking my business to Rancherito’s or literally anywhere else from now on.

We stopped by Betos Mexican Food in Murray for a quick bite. It’s a convenient spot if you’re looking for fast Mexican food, especially late at night or when you need something quick.

Stood at the front for 10 minutes with no one there I could hear people in the back so I yelled out “hello!?” But know one answered, then another 2-3 minutes later the cook finally saw me and motioned to someone out of view. Next I noticed that the price on my receipt did not match the price on the menu. Of course no one was around to ask but the I saw this tiny half falling off note on the register saying the prices on the menu are for cash and that they charge more for credit. I don’t know if this is all of Betos or just this one but watch out for the extra charge.
The only positive is the tacos were actually good, so the cook was the only one doing his job. Don’t think I will come back to this one though.

Ordered the special. Pulled up to the window to find out they charge extra for credit card. I’d be a regular customer if they would simply have decent policies , communication , and quality control. After 3 visits here and been dissapointed each time for different reasons, won’t be returning.

The cashier didn’t even blink when I ordered enough food to feed an entire football team: three burritos, two quesadillas, and a churro for emotional support, obviously!
Every bite felt like a warm tortilla blanket wrapping around my soul, whispering “you’re safe now, mijo.”
Somewhere between the hot sauce and my 8th bite of carne asada, I achieved inner nirvana!

So far every time we come here, the food is fresh and delicious. It’s a very small store that doesn’t get too busy. Therfore they don’t have a lot of staff on hand but they always do a great job!!!! So you might wait the minute or 2 before you see an employee. Just remember, they have all their stuff to do other than stand at the front, waiting for you to walk in.

I love Betos but this one didnt like me. Walked in to no welcome, told where to get my drink and was given a to go meal while being asked if it was to go. I chose stay and eat with the loud music videos. The couple that walked in behind me was warmly welcomed and catered to with drinks, meal and full service. Dont plan on coming back to this close and convenient Betos. I would rather drive 2 more miles out of my way to a better Betos

I ordered a pastor burrito with rice and beans and they gave me a what looks like a bean burrito with barely any meat with no rice at all and they thought charging $14 for it was okay. Not to mention the carne asada fries were soggy and only half the portion you’d get at other locations.

We just ordered 3 breakfast burittos . One steak , and 2 steak add bacon .
We got one with bacon , and 2 with extra bacon. No steak to be seen We repeated steak twice. My g f doesn’t eat bacon. Absolutely terrible communication and service. Will avoid this location at all costs.
