This location never disappoints.
Portions are big, salsa bar is always top tier. Service is kind and doesn’t give any negative feedback on a weird order. Meat is a little tough, but they give so much for each order. Carrots are soft and so so yummy.
Bathrooms are for paying customers. Inside is clean but the strange Santa in the window and lack of decorations make the inside feel like it’s not quite open yet.

Betos Highland drive Sandy. I Just ordered 5 Taquitos with Guacamole and cheese through drive thru at 6pm Saturday. Got home and found there is only about a table spoon of guac and Itty bitty of cheese. Barely enough for two taquitos. Upon eating them they taste like fish. Fish flavored taquitos makes me gag. Yuk. Apparently they are using the same stale oil fryer for fish and other items. I’m not going back. And we so much need a good Mex restaurant up here, this one isn’t it. Awful. To the owner, provide quality or cut your losses if your having a hard time with rent and shut down. This crap I got tonight gives a bad name to the other Betos that are a heck of a lot better than yours.

Food is awesome. You have to not be afraid to treat the staff like humans so that you can understand what’s legit. Made fresh and with authentic recipe ingredients. Not your usual premade to frier method of fast food, takes a lot of thoughtful putting together. So many menu options. So grateful to have a place like this closer to the home to trust will taste great when I’m dead tired. Lifesaver! Excited to see how much this place can improve when it can depend on community backing. Get real, get Betos!

I’m super disappointed with this betos location. I ordered Two kids bean and cheese burritos. When I was checking out, I double checked with the woman working there that my order was kids bean and cheese burritos. I have made a habit of double checking with them because they have gotten my order wrong in the past. She clarified that my order was two kids, bean and cheese burritos. When I left the drive-through I Checked my order and they gave me the wrong thing. I decided to go Inside and ask them to give me the right order. I kindly told the same woman that checked me out that they got my order wrong and I asked for the right order. She told me that they do not sell bean and cheese burritos… which is a lie. I could see the burrito option on their menu above her head. I pointed it out and she persisted that they don’t sell bean and cheese burritos. Ridiculous!! I decided to bite the bullet and just eat the wrong order. I no longer had any interest taking part of their business. I am very disappointed in this betos location and I will never be going there again.

This was the first time I ordered here. I got the Chile Rellenos and it was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The portion was huge – enough for two people. They also gave a huge hot tortilla with it. I did have to wait a short while at the drive through but that was a good sign that it wasn’t sitting around and was made to order. I would order this again. I will be back.

Poor. 25+ minute wait for food in the drive through, no cars in front of mine. Prices listed on drive through menu are not accurate. Charged more at the window. Some nonsense about “credit card pricing.” Food was very cold when I got home 10 minutes later. Either need more help or more training at this location.

We ordered a doordash order, we didnt get it for 45 minutes and continued to have issues with getting new dashers and them waiting for the food. we ended up contacting this restaurant through the phone and they rudely hung up on us after we asked whats wrong with the order. we tried calling back, (thinking it was a mistake perhaps?) but they continued to answer and hang up on us whenever we brought up our order again. without reason either, just a straight hang up. after asking for a manager on the 5th phone call we have been ignored and told there isnt a SINGLE manager on shift. the service here is HORRIBLE. and this is not my first time dealing with this bad service, this is just the WORST ive had so far…. smh.

Very disappointed. This was my first time at Betos. I ordered a carne asada sope. The meat was extremely tough and cold. The sope was inedible. It tasted and felt like it had been sitting around all day. I couldn’t cut through it with a steak knife, much less the plastic knife they provided. I don’t usually write reviews but the horrible food here prompted me to share the experience.
The drive through employee was nice but it did take quite a while for the food to come out.

I go here frequently. Always great food,, fast service, and open 24 hours. Breakfast burritos are especially good.
