I have been trying to call them for 2 days now for an order they got wrong. We ordered 6 burritos and 2 of them were wrong. We called that night and multiple times and NO ONE will answer. All other cities around us answer but the owners are completely different! This is extremely frustrating. We don’t pay these prices to get no communication at all!

Ordered the two enchilada combo meal. The rice was good. The beans were good, but the cheese was not even melted. It was just like thrown into the tortilla. If it was like that, I would’ve just done it my damn self I wanted cheese enchilada, but I guess you’re in a hurry cause there’s only two cars in the drive-through. I will never go there again ever to buy food!

Two times in a row we have ordered from there and both times they got our order wrong . The first time was was a couple of weeks ago we asked for 4 street tacos with only onions and cilantro and what we received was 2 bigger taco with pico on them I am allergic to tomatoes. Now we went back today and ordered a shrimp taco with only onion and cilantro and received lettuce grilled onions no cilantro and some white creamy sauce on it. Not sure if there is a new cook but lately we have been very disappointed

Beto’s has got to be my go to place for breakfast burritos. Every time I get a breakfast burrito here I am blown away at how good it is not to mention they have Mountain Dew Pepsi products so it’s an automatic 10 out of 10 from me.

Everyone in Payson knows that Betos has the best burritos, and it’s true! I go from Santaquin to the other end of Payson when me or my sister want a good burrito, and I’ve been more than satisfied with the speed and quality of the food every time, even if the drive through is in a tricky location.

They’re breakfast burrito’s are amazing! $5.99 for bacon/egg/cheese breakfast burrito’s, which isn’t bad priced in my opinion for the size of the burrito. Their Horchata is delicious! Small little restaurant, parking lot is small and kind of a pain, but that’s no big deal. Only had their breakfast burritos and Horchata so can’t say much about their other food, but other customers there had other foods and they looked really good.

Best betos location hands down! The food is so delicious we have it a few times a month and that is not usual for us with restaurants. Luciano usually helps us at the drive thru and he is the BEST! You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, everything is 10/10. So yummy every time, we never get disappointed!

The best fast food mexican! I love this place!! The best ones are Payson and Springville! Don’t eat at the one in Spanish Fork. They’re not tied to the Payson and Springville ones. I tried the one in Spanish Fork and will not go back! One secret item in Payson (it’s not on the menu) they’ll make it if you ask for it. So instead of carne asada fries. Ask for chorizo fries. They’re so good!! I’ve only had them from the Payson one.
