The steak on these fries was so tender and flavorful. Very busy for a Thursday 930am imo. That was a great sign lots of returning customers. Somehow the orders were flying between drive thru and the main lobby. I asked for pico de gallo for my carne asada fries. The salad bar salsas were very yummy I ate the whole thing. Something I don’t run I’ve ever done with this plate. They are hiring an experienced cook but for now the cashier and cook were a great team. Kudos to them. I tipped because the service was phenomenal. Please promote this chef to manager if he isn’t already and keep the quality of your restaurant by monitoring that all orders are perfect because sadly not sure why most of these franchises are really letting themselves go. Back in the early 2000s they had nothing but great reputation on quality of taste and service. Steak is expensive currently so after tip it did come out to $20. I will say it was worth every penny

The burritos used to be huge but now they are so tiny, have no flavor & the sauces taste so weird. Very disgusted in my order. I will stick to going to rancheritos they are the BEST

I used to frequent this place 2-3 times a month to satisfy my cravings, but over the years it has gone down hill, and their prices have sky-rocketed, so I hadn’t gone much as of late.
This past weekend I seen that they had a before 11AM special on breakfast burritos and decided to give them another shot… I really wish I hadn’t.
Apparently, filling a tortilla with unseasoned boiled potatoes (that have been fried), adding a few specs of egg and meat constitutes a deal. No thank you. You can keep it, and they won’t be getting anymore of my business. I essentially paid $20 dollars for a 3lb bag of potatoes and some tortillas.
This is on par of my past experiences of boiled, bland meat being passed off as “carne asada.”
I honestly question all of these recent 5 star reviews, and it almost seems like review farming from family and friends. I typically don’t write reviews, but I am a fed-up-customer of price gouging and lack of quality.

I had an issue with another betos and Arturo is an outstanding man and about his word and business. He fixed my order as promised . He was very apologetic and conducts business very professionally. I’m super grateful for him and his crew. The inside is super clean and smells amazing. Everything is well taken care of . I will go out of my way to come back here rather than going to the one closer to me. Excellent service.

I went there tonight for a Halloween treat for my trick-or-treaters. The girl taking my order was absolutely rude. The line was probably a 10 minute wait. My niece pulled her California burrito out of the bag and the burrito completely fell on her lap. My deep-fried burrito was soggy, and it looked like it never even touched the fryer. This is the nearest Betos to me and I keep going there, hoping that it will get better. And every single time I am disappointed. This will be the last time I ever go there. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the burrito that fell apart. But I was so angry that we ended up ending the night early with everybody upset. $35 for trash food.

I stopped in while waiting for my oil change next door. Staff at Betos was very freindly and helpful. I selected the combo breakfast burrito on staff recommendation. It did not disappoint. Most places put too much potatoes in their breakfast burritos. Here at the the Cougar Lane Betos, I was happy to eat a delicious breakfast burrito with the perfect balance of ingredients. I will definitely be back for more breakfast burritos and try other items on their menu.Thank you to the Betos staff for their kind service.

The pricing is insane for how the quality had dropped. Like wow this last time the food was awful. I cpuld have spent haflf that at most other palces and still fed my family. I couldn’t even grt my toddler to eat the carne asada fries it was that bad. He loved them a few months ago.

Went in the morning for their breakfast burrito special. First when asked the lady kinda have attitude about it only being cash which I had read. I pulled a 20 and then she’s like oh I guess I can break it. I get home and one of the breakfast burritos didn’t even have egg. funny that they also have a sign that says give a good review and get a feee churro. Maybe do better as a restaurant. Definitely won’t be coming back

I really used to like coming to this place. I’m allergic to a few items that I asked to get removed, like usual, and because I usually don’t have issues, I drove home to eat with my family. I got home to see that one of the items I requested to be removed was throughout the meal. So I went back cause I can’t just waste my money, and I’m hungry. Spoke to the lady that helped me and she was visibly upset by me even mentioning anything. She talked to the cook in the back and as she did, another gentleman walked in upset they put something he was allergic to in his food and he had to drive 30 minutes back. While I’ve worked in the industry for many years and was very patient, the way the lady treated me was unbecoming when I wasn’t screaming or being disrespectful. She was able to get my order done much quicker than my original order and with how she was acting I just asked for a refund. She got upset and said she has to ask her manager, why don’t I just take the food?…. after all that? No thank you. I love betos food and will eat there I’m sure in the future. Just not at this one.
