Went to hang out at the Tap House and casino. Of course, it was packed with people, even in the early afternoon. The service was good but not great. Smoking is permitted in the patio. There is a $600 food minimum required to sit in the couch area after 6 pm. Though, some individuals were sitting on the couches smoking alone and didn’t have to. The drinks were ok. I’m sure for the price of them they could be better. The food was good. Deviled eggs and jerk egg rolls were sooooo good. The gumbo greens looked good , and Philly was tasty. Bathrooms were clean even with the size of the crowd there. It’s a nice place to go. The fountain right outside the patio adds to the view while you enjoy looking at the skyline and the city.

I was told yesterday that they will be showing the Claressa Shields fight. I get here and the guy working the TV’s said he can’t get the fight due to the snow. Direct tv is messing up. However he has every game on including the Olympics. He said everything goes through direct TV, so he can get every sport but the fight. It seems like it’s because it’s a woman fight and two black females at that. Had no issues playing the Ryan Garcia fight yesterday. Not to mention I walked past and he was packing up not even trying to turn to the fight on!

If you’re expecting to be treated like a paying customer do not go here. Servers are constantly standing around on their phones while people look around and wait to order a drink for 40 minutes, when I finally got my drink there was a bug in it. The food is something you would find in a public school cafeteria and is served in to go containers. Went to watch college football on a Saturday and had to pay a $10 cover charge for a UFC night which didn’t even have one good fighter on the card. They also have a minimum spend if you sit in there. If I could give negative stars I would…disgusting place.

Im not from this area, so Im reviewing this with fresh eyes. I’ve been visiting here since 2023 and unfortunately, the quality of the food/drinks/customer service has tremendously declined. Even though the prices have gone up, the presentation and quality of the food have decreased. Everything is served in “to go” boxes! I ordered a Cobb salad and it was in a prepackaged container as if I bought it from a grocery store! Plastic silverware,etc.
Customer service is mediocre. They’re unable to prevent random people from taking reserved seats-which can become an awkward confrontation. The MGM is a beautiful establishment. Unfortunately, this doesn’t reflect the pristine and beautiful accommodations. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF, hire security, and change your presentation of your menu.

HORRIBLE!! If you could give out negative stars they would get -5 stars. They charge you to sit down to watch certain sports events Then expect you to drop at least another $40 on food , drinks when the food aint even good to begin with and it’s very limited at least have options on food instead of having 4 things to choose from..I’ve been to a couple MGM’S and this is by far the worst one ever!!! Vegas would be ashamed of this MGM because aint no way!! The service is Horrible the servers just stand in the corner and talk to each other instead of helping you. They act like you bothering them if you ask for something. You are better off walking up to the bar to get your drinks and order food.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lily as our server! She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Lily checked on us frequently, ensuring we were enjoying each part of our meal and addressing any needs right away. Her warm personality and professionalism made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back soon, hoping to have her as our server again.

Not quite what I was expecting, firstly they DO NOT have stadium seating like a typical Vegas style sportbook. Limited food options that don’t even match what’s shown on the website. Similar limited drink options. Food is served on paper plates with sauces (like ranch for wings) distributed in Ken’s Ranch single serve dressing. Servers did their best but the sweeping the room means they could miss you or you them is you’re glued to the action. Also from the betting perspective lines on the board were not updating frequently enough example when the Commanders were up 27-0, if you looked at the board the line was still Washington -10.
It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means but not nearly as good as what is presented in the pictures on the website. Food was good but nothing stood out as a must try again or memorable at all. Servers did their best but they either need more or a buzzer system, in seat ordering wasn’t working through the QPC code…

The bartender Fabian scammed me, lied about the kitchen being closed (which I know the kitchen wasn’t closed because other people who sat after us placed their order with a different bartender and they received their food after me), my friend paid $20 for my food, and when my friend left to go home, Fabian made me pay for the food AGAIN. The only reason I paid again is because he started causing a scene. Very rude and unprofessional. Which hurts me because I really liked the other bartenders that worked there.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I went to meet a friend for a late lunch and drinks at MGM casino bar. 1st, they don’t sell the Margherita pizza until 3pm. 2nd, After spending $80 on overpriced food and drinks (spirits), I asked the Bartender for a glass of water water. He responds with, we have Fiji water and it’s $3 or $6 (can’t recall which he said). I responded with you guys don’t offer tap water? He says management says we offer/sell Fiji water only. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Had a great time watching multiple NFL games. We sat at the bar. Our server was Harley. He made me a great raspberry Margherita. It’s bar food but good. I had the fried shrimp. The crowd was fun. Parking was plentiful.
