I ordered a Jurassic World Chantilly Berry Cake. Diego was great! I appreciate his great customer service and doing a different type of cake than he normally makes. I also ordered vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.
The cake was fluffy moist sponge and the fresh berries made the cake fresh. I didn’t take a picture of the cake before we cut into as I had a lot going on. It looked great! I loved the extra details on the frosting. Those details enhanced the look of the cake! I also love that it wasn’t too sweet.
The cupcakes were delicious. I especially loved that Diego did a really cool extra design on the frosting. The green detail made the cupcakes pop! It went so well with the theme!

I purchased a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I’m from out of town and was excited when I walked in. It looked like the perfect “hole in the wall” restaurant. The cake was one of two left in the cooler. It was beautifully decorated, but priced cheaply. I discovered why when we cut it and ate it. It was dayssssss old and so stale, it was hardly edible. I had planned on coming back. But I refuse to do business with companies who lack ethics.

Ordered a cake, tres leches. The frosting was better than the cake, which is sad, since it was a $50 cake. The decorations and piping were not great, compared to the other cakes that they have posted. But oh well, now I know. I tried.

I love going to this place, I love the food served here. The owner takes pride in his food and the cakes made here as well. The 1st stopped in two years or so ago because this city didn’t have many options for tortas, so i came in, and our torta was amazing. The meats were perfectly seasoned. The quantity was good also. Next came in to try the Burrito bowl same great quality, the meat was a little salty maybe once In my dozens of visits. I ordered a cake for a promotion and it was perfect design and taste. They are always friendly when my kids and I come in for food. This will continue to be my favorite place to get my Burrito bowls and tortas. Photo is my most recent visit.

It has become a regular spot for us. The flan is the best I have had. A wide variety of pastries. And don’t muss their tamales and tacos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are tables to eat in or you can take out. Not the prettiest place but the food makes up for it.

Freshly made tortas (chicken/steak), barbacoa tacos, orejas, marranitos, churro, and guava filled pastry. Everything was delicious. Wonderful selection and service. Going back again soon. Check this place out if you haven’t. I wish I knew sooner.

Bethlehem Mexican Bakery are now in a much larger place. There are more products displayed deliciously throughout the store. Also, there is so much room to walk around and browse, a huge improvement over the previous location.
The bakery products served are very colorful and with a wide range of flavor profiles. The baked goods offered here are different then one usually gets a bakery. If you are looking for something unique and different, this may be a place to try.
