This is some of the best pizza that I’ve ever had! This place made mushroom & cheese pizza taste fresh, rich, complex, & the cast iron makes the crust perfect. The drinks are very tasty. The old fashion was very good. So too was the jen & tonic. The burger is amazing; I hear. The pizza fries are perfectly seasoned with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, & a rich cheese blend that works well. The burger & fries were very good; I hear. The simple aesthetic compliments the rich robust flavors very well. The vibe is very chill. Good service. Enjoy.

ENDLESS BUMMER REVIEW –

There isn’t a Google location for the speakeasy like tiki bar Endless Bummer, but it’s owned by Betelgeuse and so I’m leaving the review here instead.

There is a black door next to the 4600 Montrose sigh (see images) which has a doorbell. You ring the doorbell for access to the hosts.

The Good:
We had a reservation for a party of 4 for a table on Saturday night at 10:45 PM. The two hosts were very kind and welcoming, and definitely made a great start to the evening. They accommodated our 15 min late arrival on account of the Uber cancelling. The vibes of the bar are excellent and you can tell they spent quite a while decorating to make the twilight zone like tropical vibe they are going for. The hostess gave us our menus and offered us a small welcome beverage, which was so nice

The Bad:
The actual servers / bar staff aren’t very friendly or helpful. They didn’t offer any suggestions or really say anything to us. I had to flag them down after ignoring me to order another cocktail. For an automatic 22% gratuity to all checks, this is not acceptable.

Worst of all, the cocktails range from pretty decent to downright terrible. I have been to tiki bars around the world, and this one probably had the lowest quality drinks I’ve experienced. Something is off, from the ratio of ingredients to the quality of them, you can tell the cocktails aren’t balanced and often have extreme flavors. The Pistachio Mai Tai was way too sour and lacked any other flavor aside from lime. The daiquiri tasted like “baby Motrin blended with liquor” according to my friend, and I have to agree. Way too much xantham gum or something in the mix… the Bitter Bird, Saturn, and Puka Punch were fine, but for $18-19 a cocktail “fine” isn’t ok.

Improve your bar staff training and service, and re-work some of the cocktails, as they all really need it.

Overall great spot to go to a bar and have food and drinks! Their pizza was better than I thought, I was expecting a thin slice of pizza, but it actually came out to be a small mini pie! The cheese and really everything was good, very flavorful. They have a Photo Booth but the photos turned out very dark. Overall, I’ll come back.

The Pizza came out hot and delicious. The Lemon Pepper Wings were some of the best that I’ve ever had. Oh and the Fried Cheese was 10/10 hands down! I will definitely be back for more. I see why the Houston Chronicle voted the pizza as the Best in Houston! It was so worth it!

Some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Dumped our pizza on the edge of our table when we were clearly wanting to share. Refused to give us a spatula to get our pizza slices. Pizza was ok.

Bartender unresponsive. Had to wait for him to get off texting and checking Instagram on phone to get our order for food and drinks in.

Will NOT be coming again. This was Thursday night February 5. Very unprofessional waitstaff

Pizza wasn’t too bad.

It’s a great spot for grabbing pizza and drinks. When we went for dinner on Monday, it wasn’t too crowded. The weather was finally cooling down. The pizza was really tasty and arrived quickly! We also enjoyed the ranch and tried the wings. The only thing I’d suggest is a bit more sauce on the wings, but they were still really tasty. My companion was happy with the beers he had. The atmosphere and decor are awesome, especially the Halloween decorations. The restroom has this wall of mirrors, which is kind of fun after a few drinks. The staff was super friendly and even checked in to ask about my friend’s cocktail preferences! I’ll definitely be back!

This place is cool. You just have to come and experience the vibe yourself.

Because this place is a vibe.

The pizza was actually super good, came out hot and fresh.

Perfect amount of cheese and the crust was just to die for.

Want pizza and drinks? This is the place for you.

A friend and I came here for dinner after 5 on a Wednesday. Parking was fine. The walk up to the front was scary because it’s also the only entrance for cars. The used the unisex bathroom, a little stinky but clean. Needs a hook for purses. Took a while to order the food but we had the fried spaghetti and the super nova pizza. The fried spaghetti was amazing and I’ll dream about it. The pizza was delicious with fresh toppings, I could tell by the mushrooms. Love the Xmas decorations. The place has character but it’s not intimidating but welcoming! Definitely plan to visit the other location

First time here, a bit of a mixed bag for us. The bar is a bit small, very cool dive bar feel to it. The workers were polite and attentive. The patio is welcoming, but the music is blaring 2000 screaming angst emo alternative. We ordered a small cheese pizza and the BG Hawaiian with some fried spaghetti balls. Both the pizzas were somewhat burnt crisp and very greasy. The spaghetti balls were also a bit burnt and flavor was so so.
The pizza flavor was good with a good amount of cheese, but again, greasy and a bit too salty. My daughter left behind about 1″ of the crust all the way around.
The styrofoam plates and plastic utensils are very very flimsy.
The flame pit seating area is very cool and we sat out and enjoyed the weather a bit after we ate.
Overall, my wife gave it an 8, I gave it a 7, my daughter gave it a 5…
