Their fruit and milk teas are the best around, living up to their name BESTEA. We’ve had many of their food dishes as well and they never disappoint. Chashu Fried Rice Bowl, Curry Bowl, GYU Don are some of our favorites. Their Tonkotsu Ramen is also delicious. And they just recently added sushi to their menu and it is seriously amazing for the price. Great quality and freshness compared to other local sushi spots, and actually is our new favorite.
Bestea deserves all the love and to be recognized as one of the best in Oviedo. So lucky to have them.
Large variety of food and good boba tea here .
The staff was very friendly and the entire restaurant is very clean.
Nice place to get some sushi and relax.
5/5
Pros:
1. Friendly customer service
2. Clean place
3. Fresh Strawberry Green Tea: The burst of fresh strawberries with a balance sweetness and creaminess is what made my daughter and I fight over this. LoL!
4. Sapporo Miso Ramen – My daughter enjoyed her miso ramen noodle soup. Noodle is cooked just right, not too soggy or chewy. The pork slices are tender enough for my kids to enjoy and eat. I ordered this twice already and will probably do so every-time if and only when my foodie daughter ask me to take her here.
Neutral/Cons:
1. Fresh Avocado slush – The avocado slush was more milky and creamy and not much of an avocado taste or flavor. I hope they didn’t use those bland and watery Slimcado variety instead of the rich and creamy Hass avocados. Variety of avocado used for avocado smoothie is important.
2. Strawberry Slush – nah, we will stick to the strawberry tea next time. My daughter and I didn’t like it as much as the Strawberry Green Tea.
3. That special ramen noodle soup with the red broth has a lot of funky seasoning I guaranteed my Vietnamese elders are not going to like. I am not saying it’s good or bad, just different. I took a few bites and called it done.
4. My kids love Yakitori at the Korean and Japanese places but they and I didn’t like the taste and texture here. The batter was cooked with a very soft mushy texture. The dark sauce isn’t the traditional sauce you get at Korean/Japanese places either. I ate two pieces and had to toss the rest into the trash. If you like super mushy yakitori, this is it then. We will pass.
