Best Wok on the west side is one of my top places to eat!! Whether for dining in or quick drive thru take out.
If you are feeling punky, their birds nest or won ton soup is a sure fire cure! (I drank gallons when I had Covid & it made me feel soooo much better!!)
Plus the buffet specials have something for everyone.
Miss Yim has been with Best Wok for ever & keeps everything running smoothly is a kind & gracious host.
If you have not tried Best Wok, or not been there for a while, I highly recommend them!!

We had lunch at this Best Wok restaurant today and were very disappointed. Except for our soup all of our entree items were only warm. Some were actually cool. All of our food items were below the proper temperature for food held in a buffet. We arrived about 11:30 A.M. There can be no excuse for that. They did microwave our food to make hotter.

Stopped here one night for dinner. There were two females serving food. One was super rude, the other was ok. We ordered two plates with 2 meats each and they got 2 of the four wrong, then told us they gave us what we ordered. At no point would I ever order almond chicken…I hate almonds. They also stopped fixing our order to serve a guy who walked in after they already started making our order. Even then they started preparing phone orders while ours still sat there half complete. The food was pretty bland (especially the sweet and sour chicken) except the Szechuan pork, that was pretty good. I don’t know how this place has over 4 stars.

My first experience here was strictly average, and I definitely won’t go out of my way to eat here again. The food did not taste fresh and had a texture that implied that it had been sitting in its dish under the heat lamp for quite some time. They did not let my wife choose half fried rice and half chow mein for her side like Panda Express allows which was also a disappointment for her. Kudos on having pork in the fried rice however, which was a nice treat. The hostess at checkout did not seem to be having a great day as she tried to charge us twice and walked away without bagging and giving us our food. I’m sure she was just having a preoccupied moment, but it did give us something odd to talk about and question afterwards. Due to the barely warm, bland-tasting food, I can’t say I’ll be trying Best Wok again anytime soon.

This is the best Chinese restaurant, it is never run down, always in immaculate condition. Staff is the best we’ve gone there so much that they all know us and almost know our order. Best prices for best quality and quantity. If they run out they ask you if you mind waiting for a fresh batch or changing ur mind for something else which I don’t mind waiting but if I have my eye on something else I change my mind. I can’t eat even the greatest food in a dirty place, this place is the cleanest, most comfortable place to get food, and we’ve heard from an inspector that that is the truth, they haven’t seen a cleaner place in great falls. Eat here…. the crab wontons are great I don’t like crab but they’re awesome with sweet and sour sauce. Pot sticker sauce is the best. And if you like mushrooms moogoo gaipan is my favorite. Egg rolls and the best Chinese mustard. Pineapple chicken with green peppers omg. Not a disappointment. Disclaimer…..I’m a real person not paid to advertise a gross place this place is the best I swear. Note: try black pepper and soy sauce in ur fried rice and chow mein it’s the best if you like black pepper that is.

Luv their food. Fresh and not greasy. Like using drive thru. can get a full foam box for less than ten bucks. The lady at drive thru window is really sweet.
