It took 25 minutes for us to get our food, but that’s not the part I hated most. We were waiting there and it was FREEZING. I took a video of how cold it was because you could see my breath. We had planned on eating inside but had to eat wings in our car because it was so cold inside. The Jamaican jerk wings were really good. The service was eh.

I went to get some food at this establishment to eat as i do alot. Never i mean never had a issue with the food here it’s always been good on point. Today I ordered 20 pieces of wings 5 pieces of fried catfish meal and two 5 piece wings. The 20 piece wings i ordered were harder than drums sticks they may have had 5 pieces that were edible. Everything else was great. I called them to let them know and I had threw the wings away I was so mad I spent $60 in that place expecting to get great food. He wanted me to bring the food back in exchange and I told him twice that I threw them away in the dumpster. He had me come there just to tell me he could only do 10 wings so I just walked out and I left my receipt. It seemed as if they gave me old wings or their grease was bad I’ve always been getting good food there consistently all the time. Bad business

When I usually eat here everything is great, but this time found out cooler was broke. I figured it had just broke because blue cheese dressing was still in cooler. I bought a slice of cheese cake for 3.99. The cheesecake is usually in that cooler,but wasn’t there. When I got home blue cheese dressing was warm and close to being very bad and cheese cake taste like it was in that cooler when it went bad. I through away . I’m not going back because I’m tired. I’m not going back for awhile. Just warning people don’t get no cheese cakeor blue cheese dressing for now you might be pissed. Disappointed not mad..

I wasn’t refunded my money after the order was wrong. Then he tried to charge me for a mistake they made whilst he was laughing.
I would not order from here and they should be shut down. This is was the most horrible place I’ve ever had. Food quality is not even worth one star. Corporate should look into this establishment and start over with the workers and management. The manager is not manager kind. Please bring back great places and shut places like this down !

I ordered 5 party wings with Old Bay. They were very good. The price was about the best in town and they were big wings. The celery was thrown in with the hot wings so it was wilted, but I rarely eat the celery anyway. The guy behind the counter wasn’t unfriendly but wasn’t friendly either. The onion rings were good and also a very good price. The atmosphere inside was ok, but outside the store were several panhandlers begging for money. That is not good for business.

Wings were old every time I went and this is my third and last time eating there..Worse wings I ever had..smh Told the guy my wings were old and he brush me off and rung my order up..Waated gas and money again..

Worst food I’ve ever had & I’ve had carryout food that would make a dog gag. I take food very seriously, beyond just sustenance. Even neighborhood carryout food should at least be decent. This type of experience is expected of national brands. Some salad items were not fresh, on top of missing items I selected. Their cranberry chicken salad is a joke. It’s just overcooked grilled chicken w/ dried cranberries thrown on a basic bed of lettuce, onions, & whatever else you select. Fish was fried too hard. Hush puppies were hard & not chewable, like mini baseballs. Tartar sauce was only mayo & relish. I question the age of the salad dressing because of its “been in the pantry for a couple of years past its ‘best if used by’ date” taste. The most regrettable, tortured eating experience I’ve ever had to endure. It certainly had no value in any category for us, even for a carryout; unless you enjoy hard, flavorless food w/ missing effort & ingredients.
