No exaggeration the egg rolls were brought out to me as soon as I ordered, must’ve been premade, so they were hard and mushy on inside. I had to eat around the one I ate and spit out the rest, couldn’t chew. The pho came out about 5-7 minutes I got the ox tail, it was so tough and hard to chew , ox tail is supposed to be cooked until falling off the bone, I inserted video. Do not waste your money, I hate the feeling of wasting money. The broth was flavorless, I added so much spice and hoisin to try and make up. The veggies and noodles were just fine.
I was the only one in the restaurant so that should’ve told me something

Tuesday Night, Dinner, May 2024.
I really liked the food here. We had Pad Thai, House Special Pho and Spicy Beef Lemongrass. The serving sizes were large and the quality was good. You can pick your spice level of each dish.
The problem we had was a complete lack of communication. We ordered a beer, a tea and a glass of wine. The beer was delivered right away followed by the entrées. We reminded the server that we still needed 2 drinks and she got the tea. After asking about the wine 3 more times we were told that the owner was coming from home to pour the wine! When you look at the menu you will see a full bar list but they had no one to pour a glass. If we had been told that when ordering we would have ordered something else. By the time the owner arrived we had finished our food and just wanted to leave. No apologies or restitution were offered. There are too many other places to eat to suffer through this. Read the other reviews.

Been wanting to stop here after viewing the amazing, extensive seafood options on the website. Restaurant has a nice warm ambiance with extremely colorful and tastefully done decor. Most unusual seafood options I’ve ever seen on a menu. We were only stopping for lunch and chose the Pork Eggrolls, Filet Mignon and Meatball Pho, and a Bahn Mi. Had to change over to Fish Sauce Chicken Wings when we were told they were out of buns. Eggrolls were meaty and crispy. Chicken wings were very juicy and crunchy with an insanely delicious garlicky, salty sauce! Loved the pepper and greens garnish since it allowed you to soak up the remaining sauce. Would love a bottle of that in my Christmas stocking! We’ve had many bowls of pho here in the North Metro and this definitely ranks in the top three! Very deeply flavored, well seasoned stock with a generous amount of meats, noodles, and herbs. Our waitress was very informative, whimsical, and humorous. She even went out of her way to get us a Pork Bahn Mi to go since we were so disappointed. Just had a delivery of bread and she went to make one herself for us. REALLY appreciated the extra effort and menu information she gave us. Pork Bahn Mi was EASILY the best we’ve ever had! Bun was so fresh with a crackly exterior and chewy interior. Lots of pate and sauce kept it moist and I love the occasional bite of heat from the jalapenos. Pork had just enough fat to compliment the sandwich without being too chewy. Will most definitely be back to try more of this exceptional menu! Felt very comfortable here. We were quite impressed! Well done and see ya soon.

3 of us went on a Wednesday for an early lunch at about 11:30. There was another family there besides us. It was our 1st time there.

The good: the place was spacious, bright, clean and lots of seating. Service was average. The lady was nice. The spicy noodles soup was flavorful. The beef on the rice combo dish was full of flavor. Good marinate. The salt and pepper shrimp was also good . They actually gave you 10 good size shrimps.

Bad: it’s a bit on the pricey side. Wished the shrimp apps were a bit crunchier. We did find a hair in the noodle. Lost my appetite. It was hard to find the host/waiter. She was in the back somewhere. She did come around after ringing the bell 3 times.

Probably not going there again.

My date suggested this place for dinner (a year ago or so). Food and service were super phenomenal then. So I decided to take my daughter here yesterday. I recognized same faces serving us. My daughter loved her Pho. I love the Pad Thai but too much onion for me. The spring rolls and the sauce were delicious. I will be coming back for sure and recommend this place to friends.

– I came with my friends to try their new menu. I think their previous menu is still being served, so you can ask their servers about the menu you want to order. I’m not sure why they have two different menus with two names for one restaurant. This made their customers so confused and uncomfortable.
– The restaurant was not crowded at the time we came, but the waitresses seemed too busy to take good care of their customers. When they served the hot pot, they forgot to give us the ladle, but we didn’t know who to ask because there were no servers around. One of my friends went to the counter to ask for the ladle and took it. When asked for the new small bowl and to-go bags, we did the same thing. The waitresses just approached our table to ask about the food’s taste and if we would like to order more. The waitresses are nice, but that’s not enough. Their service should be better.
– We ordered 1 Coconut Swirl Escargot (Cerithidea Obtusa), 1 Flower Escargot Stir-fried w/ Salted Egg (Babylonia areolata), 1 Grilled Scallions (Elongate Cockle), 1 Small Scallop Grilled Scallions, 1 Sturgeon Hot Pot, 1 Thai’s Salad w/ Octopus for 3 of us. The price was about $150 (with tax and fees). I did not think the prices were worth it. The food should be better. There will be a 20% service charge added for parties of 4 or more. The fee will be 3.62% for paying by credit card.
– If the food is more special, more tasteful, and the service is good, I won’t mind the higher prices and additional service fees or tips. I will come back if they improve their food quality and service.

Went during the lunch hour around Lunar new year, the place was very low key. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with dishes we weren’t familiar with and also provided options to some of their favorite dishes. They have a sauce bar, which offered a variety of sauces to eat with. My sister and I ordered escargot and found each to be delicious! We both got the special pho as well. Over all everything was fulfilling and packed with flavor! We got rice as a side dishes thinking we would want that with the snails however it was definitely not needed!

The recent reviews about their menu changed make more sense now. I actually wanted Bun Bo Hue but some items on the menu are no longer available just so you’re aware.

I added a photo to show that now they’re more geared towards being a seafood restaurant. They also have hot pot available, but we opted to order Pho Dac Biet $16.99 (with extra noodles $2.99) and their #66, spicy lemongrass for the squid $15.99.

I also could only take a photo of the first page of the new menu since i didn’t have time and their menu is quite large.

The servers were quite nice and attentive. There was only 4 other customers besides us on a Saturday night so they weren’t TOO busy around 6:30 pm.

Overall, the food was great and would love to come back again to try their hot pot. Just know it is a little pricey than other vietnamese pho restaurants.

Chicken Pad Thai. Pro: 5 mins and done.
Con: Communication level was a 1, couldn’t tell me where the pad Thai was on the menus, not greeted, conversation between 3 of them pror to me ordering- I had to interrupt to get an order in.

I got extra spicy and that was a rating of 10 out of 10, noodles were hard to chew. Chicken came in large chunks but was a bit over cooked and bland as heck. See photo for onions left over. I would come back in a pinch. A bit pricy. Kind of weird to have a padlock on the front door.

We found them on Doordash and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We got the ultimate pho, bahn mi sandwich, and spring rolls. The ultimate pho came with broth and a separate container of broth and bones. We also got their smoothie boba and Vietnamese coffee. Overall, very satisfying. Pricing was decent.
