Up front and overall I was impressed with the sushi. I have eaten a lot of sushi from different places. To be honest, for Erin, this was phenomenal. I sampled the crunchy California roll, the Caterpillar roll, and the Audi roll. Absolutely delicious. The sweet tea does seem like there is a signature ingredient to set it apart, can’t quite place my finger on it. I arrived around 3:00 p.m. on a Monday and sit in a booth where I could watch the crazy intersection traffic. It’s a small town restaurant.

Every thing ordered from here has been great!
Spring rolls, fried rice, sushi, chicken bowl and tempura shrimp.
Definitely will be back for dinner.

You wouldn’t generally expect to find a Pho house in the middle of a fairly rural area, but it’s true!

I’ve eaten here a number of times now, not necessarily because they have a great Pho, but rather, because it’s the only option we’ve got without an hour drive.

A good hot bowl of Pho can be one of the most satisfying meals on the planet!

This Pho ranks at average. It wouldn’t be able to hold a candle up against a great Pho restauraunt, but they do offer quite a variety of menu items, from Sushi to Pho, Vietnamese sandwiches, rice dishes etc. Blend/fusion restaurants rarely are awesome at any one dish, but hopefully they’re at least decent at many dishes. The old saying about a Jack of All trades, master of none, seems very fitting.

The opening plate that typically comes out, this time lacked the very familiar Thai Basil. Not a huge deal, but Thai Basil is one of the most common garnishes. A healthy plate of bean sprouts, a large portion of sliced jalapeños and some thinly sliced lime wedges was offered and gladly received.

Perhaps it was due to being close to closing hours (8:15pm on a Friday night)), closes at 9pm,) but for the 2nd time this Pho was very bland and not nearly as rich as Pho should be, even for this restaurant. I have had much richer bowls at this same establishment, so I know they know how to do it correctly. So a watered down Pho broth is still better than none! You have to dress it a little more with some Hoisin and Sriracha, and hopefully some fish sauce. They don’t keep fish sauce on the table, but if you ask, you can get some.

We ordered a bahn mi sandwich, the typical things from the popular sandwich were missing. There was some cucumber and some shredded carrot. But the classic vingegared/pickled daikon and carrot were definitely missing. No cilantro either. The main meat was a bit overpoweringly salty, but the bread was on point.

Overall, this is about what I’ve come to expect from this restaurant. I still applaud them for opening in Erin, in the middle of nowhere. And I will continue to visit this restaurant because its hard to beat a hot bowl of soup on a cold wintery night after coming back from some river fun. It’s not a bowl that I’d ever brag about, but its available and sometimes, that’s enough.

So, I had the Pho Thai with veggies added. The flavor was amazing!
My cousin had the pork ramen. She said it was good, except for the many mushrooms in it. I have eaten some of her leftovers and, as a mushroom lover, I can say that the pork ramen is banging.
My Aunt had the filet mignon hibachi. Now, she’s up in her years and doesn’t regularly eat much, but she SMASHED that whole massive plate of steak, noodles, veggies, and her side salad. She let my cousin and I try pieces of the steak, and let me tell you I have never had such a tender and flavorful hibachi steak.
We also ordered steamed gyoza and crab rangoons, both of which were absolutely phenomenal!
I only gave the atmosphere a three-star because it didn’t really feel like a pho restaurant in there, but more like a small country diner.
I have read a few reviews that said that there was a language barrier, but we didn’t have that problem with our waiter.
As far as the service goes, our waiter was attentive and polite.
We’ve definitely found a new favorite place to eat.

Delicious from start to finish. Fresh crab rangoon and shrimp tempura for appetizers. Then tried the Fantasy and Friday Nite sushi rolls, and the girls had beef Pho (Pho Bo) and chicken Ramen. Huge portions and everything was well prepared. Service was great and we will be back very soon!!

Firstly, Jorge is the best server we’ve had in a long time, and we are well traveled. So to say he’s the best, that’s compared to every place we’ve traveled. He is attentive, but gives the table space by not being overly attentive. Our drinks never went empty, food came out in proper order (appetizer, soup/salad, entry). He saw when napkins were needed, he cleared plates away promptly, and any ask we had, he was immediate to deliver. I speak on him first because even a visit at a restaurant with the best food could can be a ruined experience with a lackluster server. Jorge is phenomenal at his service work!
Now to the food. We had the spicy garlic edamame for an appetizer and it didn’t disappoint at all. It’s a huge serving size too! The soup that comes with the hibachi meal is broth with green onion and cilantro, and it’s the best I’ve had. Seriously. I’ve been feeling malnourished and fatigued and it INSTANTLY made me feel like nourishment was entering my body. My gut was calmed and it was like magic. I deal with chronic health issues and eating has become a chore. This soup is some kind of miracle and I feel I should maybe start every meal or every day with a cup. Seriously. I was able to eat my salad (usually too hard on my stomach) and it was delicious! The dressing is perfect. Then out came the entrees. The servings, again, are massive. My honey got the chicken bowl and I got the chicken teriyaki hibachi. Both were filled to the brim. The grilled veggies that came with mine are perfectly cooked, not too crunchy and not too soft. The grilled flavor isn’t heavy, but nicely notable. The fried rice is also perfection! It’s not greasy like some that we’ve had, it’s not dry, and it’s seasoned just right. Both of our servings of chicken were large, cooked through and still tender, and perfectly flavored. We each took home a to-go box and we’ll easily get another 3 servings between the two, if not 4! We can’t wait to come back and try other items on the menu. I’ll be back to order the soups to go to start my mornings with, as I really do want to put my “magic broth” theory to the test. I am so glad that we found this spot and honestly, for me, it’s my favorite new place since we’ve gotten to town.

This place is so good! We have been eating here since we moved here. I think 7 times. Each time it has been delicious and consistent, the scallops are always perfect which can be hard to do. Probably the best place to eat in this area because of the consistency. Sometimes the music they play is to loud. Great little place

We had pho and hibachi. The food was fresh and tasty. The quantities were generous. Some took home leftovers. The service was friendly and attentive. The prices were very reasonable.

First time testing out this location, service was decent, language barrier wasn’t a big issue to us, we like cuisine with culture. Our drinks were unique as we tried a Taro drink with boba and a blended Thai Tea. Great flavors. I had the Chicken Vermicelli Noodles. The chili sauce condiments on the table was convenient to add my own spiciness. The noodles were perfectly cooked, chicken was lightly breaded and had a standout flavor, overall delicious. My partner got the Salmon Bento Lunch Box, which came with a good broth soup, simple salad, California roll as an appetizer. Plenty of food to go around. With the variety of cuisine available, we will be coming back to try out more.

I don’t know about the other reviews, because our experience was great.

the food is good but they always forget sauces. The past two times I ordered to-go, there was no ginger dressing for my salad, making it inedible. I have also not received the peanut sauce that is supposed to come with the spring roles before.
